Groove stands by their word. I literally never take it off. Love how comfortable the rings are. They I put them through the ringer with my job and they never disappoint. Very rugged and long lasting material.

The ordering process was super simple and the shipping was lighting fast then when my package arrived it was packed with the utmost care and little things like that I really appreciate…. Recently been hit with some life altering issues and I’ve gone from 300lbs down to 250 in the last three months so I was naturally skeptical about the hype on these belts but the hype and everything associated with Groove was spot on… these belts are super easy to adjust for maximum comfort and I’m so happy because I’ve always had tough times with other belts in the past but not these they feel wonderful once you get them properly adjusted unlike any belts I’ve worn so when new colors or materials come out I’m all in and I’ll be a lifetime supporter of you guys appreciate the hard work and dedication 🫶💯

Customer service is always great. I’m rough on these rings and never have a problem with replacement. They last way longer than other silicone rings I’ve purchased.

I have several Groove Life products. Recently, my ring split and cannot be worn. I filed a claim, which was a simple process, and had a resolution within a minute or two. It was very simple. I wish every customer service department was this efficient.

I originally bought a silicon wedding ring for my husband to wear since, being a welder, he couldn't wear his metal wedding ring. Every time he rips it or loses it, the warranty claim process is so simple and fast!

I love the Zeus rings, and have a couple. My first one purchased broke under normal wear conditions, and Groove Life just gave me a code to order another one free of charge. The Warranty program is AMAZING.
