I have been wearing Groove Life rings for 5-6 years now. I’ve had one tear, effortless & easy transaction to get a new one. I’ve had one stretch where it would fall off, again easy transaction & no fuss. The recent one shrunk & wouldn’t fit anymore & again, effortless. Their rings really are great & they back them 100%.

Amazing rings and super easy to get a warranty replacement. Customer service is always really easy to work with! This is such a pleasant experience compared to other companies when trying to do warranty claim.

This is one of the easiest claims I have ever had to make! I simply entered in my information along with a photo and I was immediately granted a credit to use towards a new ring purchase. I will definitely keep purchasing from groovelife!

I have ordered a couple of belts, canvas, for my son. He loves them and wears them every day. He thought so much of the belt that he wanted his dad to have one for his birthday. My husband also loves both belts we ordered for him, which were the leather ones. The only downside is that the buckle doesn't fit correctly with his suit, which he only wears for special occasions.

We have now ordered a wallet to replace one purchased at Amazon. We are hopeful that this will be exactly as described.

Customer service is also awesome! The wallet was purchased the week before a sale, and with one email, they adjusted my price to the sale price. We will continue to order from Groove Life.

I just used the Groove Life Chat to replace a ring that ripped. This was my third ring to be replaced. They are all awesome, but let's be real, they are silicone rings. They are not going to last forever - BUT, Groove Life absolutely takes care of me. This time, Corrine was my agent, and she was awesome.

Groove rings are all my husband will wear. My dad as well. Anytime the rings have worn out/broken, they are quick to help replace them. Always amazing customer service.

I love the vast selection of rings they offer. You can go from simple and basic to fun and flashy. The rings are very durable and extremely hard to tear, and if you do they warranty it for a new one. Great products and they have great customer service.
