I had an OOPS
I had to change sizes because the girl that measured it at the jeweler was incorrect and the owner called us to get resized. Groove Life helped exchange the rings and Gladys was absolutely nice.

From the first time I ordered it was a few years ago and I had to do a warranty claim and had not one problem and even today you guys are even better it is so easy to submit a claim and it's great results all the time no matter what it is that warranty can't get any better than that

40$ for a silicone band is a lot to swallow at first but the warranty is second to none. I’ve had to replace my ring a few times and all it takes is a message and they take care of it. Appreciate the comfortability and safety of these rings!

I ordered a ring for my husband…
I ordered a ring for my husband probably 20 years ago and it broke! Took me 2 minutes to submit the warranty claim! No issues at all getting it taken care of! They even had my order on file so I didn’t need to find anything to verify my order!

Excellent Warranty
After over 1 year of wear, daily, including construction work, the ring began to wear out. In under 5 minutes, Groove Life provided a voucher to order a replacement. Quick and easy process to replace! My husband loves his ring, says it is incredibly comfortable and can’t wait for his new one! Thank you Groove Life!
