Absolute Frechheit das war die letzte Pumpe von Grundfos die ich eingebaut habe ! Früher haben die Pumpen 30 Jahre gehalten, jetzt waren 2 Stück nach einem halben Jahr defekt ! Angeblich Montagefehler die Anlage besteht in dieser Form seit über 60 Jahren !!! Baue ab jetzt nur Biral Pumpen ein !

Need Customer Support on the phone
I bought 2 Grundfos model 595916 1/25 horse power for me and my Mom's house.
I installed the bypass valve in the sink cabinet on 2nd floor.
The problem is when I used a sink or flushed the toilet on first floor, I heard a sound (toc, toc, toc) in the wall.
I removed the bypass valve and no dripping sound anymore.
I replaced the bypass valve, then I heard a dripping sound again.
Called GRUNDFOS BUT NO ONE ANSWER.

Rubber Gasket failed on my ALPHA2 L…
Rubber Gasket failed on my ALPHA2 L 15‑50 130. Spoke to an agent on the website chat for a replacement. Their solution......its OEM and they do not have it or can recommend a part. Go buy a new pump! Well it will not be a Grundfos I said and ended the chat. Shocking! A new pump is in the range of £150! All for a rubber gasket that is prone to failure often anyways.

Pompa difettosa ma rivenditore ha gestito al massimo
Pompa difettosa all'origine - pressostato/flussometro).
Anche se ho dovuto insistere il venditore ha dato ampia disponibilità a risolvere il problema al 100% e con cortesia, e per un problema in buona parte della grundfos che ha assistenza clienti scarsa forse perché orientata ai rivenditori e non ai privati.
Sul prodotto,
pompa Grundfos 15-120, buon prodotto ma rappresenta la Ferrari delle pompe e uno si aspetterebbe assistenza dovuta per legge soprattutto per un difetto di fabbrica riscontrato appena montata a 20 GG dall'acquisto.

Finger weg von Grundfos, teuer und unzuverlässig
Wir haben im Juli 23 eine Grundfos Pumpe Scale 1 gekauftund nach eineinhalb Jahren defekt. Firma Grundfos gibt als reklamation an die Pumpe soll trocken gelaufen sein. Das ist unmöglich unser Brunnen ist seit 40 Jahren voller Wasser. Das ist sehr traurig für so eine teuere Pumpe. Finger weg von dieser Firma.

wir bedauern, dass Ihre Grundfos Pumpe defekt ist. Die Grundfos SCALA1 ist mit einem integrierten Trockenlaufschutz ausgestattet. Da der Schaden innerhalb der Gewährleistungsfrist entstanden ist, wenden Sie sich bitte an der Installateur, bei dem Sie die Pumpe erworben haben.

Strongly Advise Against Buying Grundfos
I strongly advise people not to buy a Grundfos pump for their homes. We have had three pumps (3.0 bar twin) in the past three years in my mother's home - she is the only person living in the house, so the pump is not getting excessive use. Each time Grundfos comes to look at the broken pump, they replace it. However, we had two separate plumbers look at the pump and confirm that Grundfos is fitting a reconditioned pump and passing it off as a new pump. The service is also bad - with our latest issue, the pump completely stopped working, it took them a week to have someone look at it. The plumber replaced it and it immediately started leaking. We logged four tickets with Grundfos stressing the urgency given the leak was causing damage. It has now been nine business days, and still no call out to look at it. We asked Grundfos to take the pump out and issue a refund; they refused and said they would only replace it. We are based in Ireland and are being bounced between the UK and Ireland offices when reporting the issue. Each time we contact them, we are asked to log another ticket. Please do not make the same mistake as we did - buy another brand of water pump.

Finger weg von Grunfos Hauswasserwerk Scala 2
Ich habe mir in einem Zeitraum von ca. 5 Jahren zwei Grundfos Scala 2 Pumpen gekauft. Beide sind nach ca. 2,5 Jahren undicht geworden .
Die erste Pumpe wollte der Hersteller nicht Reparieren weil sie bei Amazon gekauft wurde. Die zweite Pumpe wurde beim Großhandel bestellt, diese war auch nach ca.2,5 Jahren undicht.Die zweite Pumpe habe ich an Grundfos geschickt doch der Hersteller meinte das die ausserhalb der Gewährleistung sei und eine Reparatur bei 512 € liegt, das ist fast so hoch wie der Kaufpreis.
Nie wieder Grundfos.

I purchased a Grundfos pump from a local distributor.
It has stopped working and my Klargster septic is full.
I have had to call out a septic tank company to empty my unit.
It is in warranty and still waiting for TNT paperwork after three days .
I am beginning to doubt the professional service and the name of Grundfos. Paying a lot of money for a pump and getting poor service . Unfortunately I have had to purchase another pump which was not Grundfos. 😕😕

Nie wieder Grundfos
Vor einigen Jahren hat ein Heizungsfachbetrieb eine Hebeanlage Sololift2 eingebaut. Da wir nun eine neue Heizung bekommen, musste man diese demontieren. Nach dem wieder anschließen war sie am Ablauf undicht. Gut, dachte ich, kann vorkommen und rief beim "Service", die auf der Webseite angegebene Nummer 0211-929693820 an. Dort schilderte ich mein Problem und bat um Hilfe bei der Fehlerbeseitigung. Stattdessen wurde mir mitgeteilt, es gibt keinen Support für Endkunden, sondern nur für Fachbetriebe und ich solle mich an einen solchen wenden. Nach einer langwierigen Internetrecherce habe ich dann das mutmaßliche Problem identifiziert. und wollte zwei Ersatzteile bestellen, ein Verbindungsstück aus Kunststoff mit einer Dichtung und einen 90° Ablauf. Den Materialwert schätze ich auf maxmimal 10-20 Euro. Dann der Hammer: 130€ sollten die beiden Teile im Internet kosten. Beim empfohlenen Heizungsfachbetrieb höchstwahrscheinlich deutlich teuerer. Für 150€ kann man eine gleichwertige Hebeanlage anderer Hersteller im Internet bestellen. Ich kann daher nur jedem Abraten, bei dieser Firma etwas zu kaufen.

Thirty year old CRE4-120 BUBE Grundfos…
Thirty year old CRE4-120 BUBE Grundfos Deep Well Ejector pump (apparently discontinued) needs shaft seal and chamber stack kits. However Grundfos keep claiming these kits are unavailable. I am surprised at this because Grundfos make so many iterations of chamber stack kits and shaft seal kits that would surely have common dimensions that would be suitable. I even found the right chamber stack kit on their website but when I showed them they claimed it was discontinued. This conflicts with the website information.
Their website claims under: Our purpose and values:
"We pioneer solutions to the world’s water and climate challenges and improve quality of life for people".
My challenge to Grundfos is: pioneer the facilitation of the right spare part kits for my Grundfos pump.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the pump. We would like to clarify that the CR2 /4/8/16 series pumps have indeed been out of production since 2004. Over the past 20 years, we have maintained stock for spare parts, but unfortunately, these are no longer available. The CR2 series, specifically, is an older design, and we no longer have the tooling to produce parts for these models. The CR2 series has now been replaced by the more advanced CR5 series.
The reason the older models are still listed on our website is to assist customers in selecting a suitable replacement from the current series.

Purchased macerator for a client in December. Traveled 40 miles to install. I finished installing the product and tested it before it was released. The product was leaking water. I realized it was coming from behind, but I didn't understand what it was because the space was tight. I disassembled it and when I looked at it, the product was broken.Toolstation told me to contact Grunfos as they could not take returns for health and safety reasons. Then I called the call center. (also disappointing as I paid my mobile provider £15 for this call) Grunfos spoke to Toolstation on my phone, and they accepted the return. The new product arrived, and I drove the 40 miles again. This time there was no problem. Our new tactic broke down after 3 months. Grunfos says
we can return the product. However, no one talks about labor costs and travel times. Bad experience for me.

The real question with Grundfos is What Customer service??? We bought 3 expensive pumps. A local Pump supplier (not a Grundfos distributor) designed and sold us an inapppropriate pump for our application. The pump has a problem and the vendor has been hard to get along with. The problem is that Grundfos is so locked down in terms of communicating that I have found it imppossible to contact them to confirm my judgement regarding the equipment and since it did not come from an authorized distributor I am screwed. I believe they make a reasonably good product but if a customer cannot communicate with the manufacturer about an application and a product their equipment is not worth owning. In short customers shouls AVOID Grundfos until they change how they handle customer complaints.

Köpte en pump i 10tk klassen, har hållit i exakt 13 månader, dvs garantin gick ut och den dog. Visserligen är den förprogrammerade att hålla bara under garanti tiden. Skamligt, aldrig mer en grundfos!

Dachte ich kaufe mir ein östereichisches Qualitätsprodukt, welches ja auch Preislich in der Obersten Liga mitspielt, aber wurde leider dann eines besseren belehrt.
Hatte Probleme mit meiner Pumpe und wollte als Privatkunde beim Servicedienst nachfragen. Nach langem warten, landete ich in der Serivceabteilung in Ungarn (wurde mir erst im Nachhinein mitgeteilt, das es ausgelagert ist), der MItarbeiter war der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig und auch sehr unkompetent!!! Auf seine Empfehlung hin, schickt ich das Produkt dann zu Grundfos Österreich.
Dann wurde ich Informiert, dass Grundfos für diese Pumpe nicht zuständig sein, da es sich um ein OEM Produkt handelt. Wollte dann nochmal Nachfragen was es für Möglichkeiten für mich gibt und wurde von einem Mitarbeiter nicht mal angehört sondern er hat gleich aufgelegt und das Gespräch beendet. Schrieb dann nochmal ein Mail und bekamm einen sehr Bemühten Rückruf wo sich entschuldigt wurde und gesagt, sie kümmert sich darum. Bekamm dann einen Anfruf aus Zürich, welcher mir dann mitteilte, dass die Pumpe mit 5 Jahren auserhalb der Garantie ist und er sie mir zurückschicken muss und nichts tun kann.
Habe die Pumpe jetzt wieder erhalten und außer Umstände und Kosten nichts gewesen für mich.
Liebes Heimatland Österreich, mich verwundert nicht mehr, dass die Wirtschaft nur mehr Bergab geht.... Sehr schade!!!

I'm really confused
I'm really confused. The reviews on Trustpilot do not leave me with confidence re a Grundfos pump. The trouble is, the pump I am looking to replace is a Grundfos and it is 24 years old with no problems.
