i ordered from 15/7/2019 and i never received it until now
send many messages for the support and facebook page for refund my money back but not resolved my problem
now.. blocked me in facebook page and no reply in my emails
this site it’s fake.. no products no money

I would give them minus a star if I could. I ordered since December and they still have not delivered or refunded my money. I last emailed them early July, someone was to get back to me, and still nothing. I want to start a class action lawsuit if they do not refund me

Ordered a rhinestone applicator on April 22, 2020. I finally received it today. Be patient people, your order is probably on the way. I have been emailing them about every 2 two weeks to check the status and they responded each time. Only thing I can say is no directions.

Got my package late, no instructions, paper was ripped and crumbled. Tape looked used, too many boxes. I want a refund because a box of paper shouldn’t cost $23.99 That’s bull

Ordered may 2nd and never got it. They blame covid but every other package I've ordered from other companies since has come right on time

I order an item during the pandemic and I never got it. I had to email the company and they than responded its on its way. When I got it the item didn’t work and it looked like a toy. Very poor quality. No customer service assistance.

I actually did receive my order.. But the context of the item was silicone multi bundt pan set. Then the description stated it was a total of 13 silicone baking pans. All diff kinds!!! I only received 1 egg shaped bundt pan. Not even the one from the pic!! And now i try to go contact the company and the company is unavailable online.. Has been for mons actually, but i have contacted them several times before and got some auto message about mail being late and no refund. I wouldn't suggest anyone buy from this company. Oh and these reviews aren't on their website! I always read reviews and didnt see any bad ones there!! I should've stayed w Amazon!

Placed an order on 18 January 2020. Still have not recieved my items. I've emailed several times. It takes about 2+ weeks for them to respond and tell me that my order is their top priority and they will look into it. Don't waste your money!

Don't buy anything from this business it's bad business practices. I am business owner and this business has bad business practices. They have many complaints. I also have reported them today to Facebook, IG, Utube. They keep changing names to avoid from being caught. Be ADVISED!!! OF THIS. I placed a order about a month or so ago only to get the order today and it was not what I ordered. I received a small box of multicolored rhinestones but No Crystal Applicator and the total for this order was $15.98 I sent a Instant message about what I received and want my money reversed back to my debit
card at time of purchase. That order # is GUM212372 JUST AS STATED IN MESSENGER.

To be honest, I have never had a problem with the site and have always received the items, well packed and exactly as they stated they would be. Like all Internet retail I guess there will be ups and downs but I have never yet had any issues with them at all. Things can take their time sometimes due to international shipping which is normally by boat and bulk shipped but that is part of what we must expect in global trade. Not everything will arrive instantly to our door still.

Ordered an item on January 23rd. Still nothing! There has to be a way to report these thieves, or shut them down? Hard to believe so many of us have been taken by these horrible people.We need to do something about this. 😠

i ordered something last month for my boyfriend and i still haven’t even gotten an email. i don’t know if i’m more ashamed at the fact that i spent $40 on that fool or i spent $40 on a site literally named gummy choco and didn’t think twice.

I purchased a product from them online over 5 weeks ago. Still do not have what I paid for. I sent email to them 5 days ago and they still have not responded. I should have known a business with no phone contact was a sham. 🤦🏽‍♂️

I think this is a scam site...placed two orders back in December and have received nothing! They should be shut down.
