I bought pants that looked like lined stretchy jeans online and when I got them they were thin fleece jeggings. After 2 wears the seat literally was falling apart 4 or five holes in the bum. I have picture. I contacted the company and they will not take responsibility. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

I ordered 3 pairs of heated slippers at a cost of 111.00 Canadian. I placed the order in Nov, it was after Christmas that I realized I did not get them. I sent an email saying they where looking the order. When I did not receive them, I emailed again and was told they where still in shipping. I was lucky and got my order , unfunfortunately they don't work. I have been emailing them for a refund and they will not answer. Please don't buy anything from them.

My order never arrived. They could not even track the shipment. Have emailed them several times and received nothing. Stay away from this company.

Ordered the no rip, no pull tights and the first problem happened when they lost tracking of the shipment and I never received anything. So after I sent customer service a message they re-shipped them (no express so now in total I waited almost 3 months for delivery) and offered me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase, like hell I'm buying anything else from you ever again. Finally received the stockings and instead of a nude beige like I had ordered and the picture showed they were like a purpley brown but whatever if they worked. They DONT! They didn't even last as long as the dollar store tights I usually buy. On the first wear they became discoloured almost "bleach blotchy" around the feet where they sweat (disgusting) and on the second wear I noticed 2 runs starting down the inside of each leg and there is a massive hole in the one foot. Terrible product, terrible customer service. Save your money and just keep buying the dollar store tights so you don't feel like a complete waste having to throw them out every 3 wears, at least it's not $20 a pop. Just more knockoff Chinese products.

I had a visit planned to Vancouver from Dec.13, 2019, to Jan.17, 2020, and placed an order for two Winter Denim Jeggings on Nov. 29, 2019, plenty of time to receive them during my stay. It was very cold and the shipment did not arrive. Since I am already back home, I requested a refund and they did not even respond to my email. I lost my goods and my money and they do not take responsibility. Beware before you order.

I too have fallen victim to this company ..... please be very wary. The fleece leggings are nothing like pictured so trade description should apply for return. I am battling with them at the moment. They do also trade as smiley homey & it’s taken a week to even get a reply to my email because of the various trading names they use.

Koop niet dit product! Besteld niks gekregen en ze geven ook niet je geld terug. Heb al verschillende mails gestuurd en ze geven ook geen antwoord meer. Het is een vreselijke bedrijf die mensen voor de gek houden.

I was not happy either. I ordered a product and it took weeks to get here and when it did the quality was so poor, size was ridiculous, you'd have to be a 5 yr old child to fit into the size which was not a medium and they refused to return the product. I should have looked on Trustpilot first before ordering online. Terrible experience.
Companies like this should not be able to advertise in Canada.

SEE AT THE END FOR FOLLOW-UP *** First, I ordered Dec 12, 2019, 3 pairs of blue leggings and 3 pairs of black legging with soft inside fleece etc... Received it Jan 18, 2020 but... only 2 pairs of each color instead of 3 of each. These are not the same quality AT ALL as shown in the publicity. Not as warm as advertized either. Suppose to lift butt up a little and flatten the little fat I have and ppfftt!!! Nothing like that either. Emailed them, and they want me to photo the items received (how are they going to be sure I picture all I received??? Dummies really) and the stickers on the package because they wanna have the tracking number (I've thrown it in the recycle bin already but I ask them to give me a week to get back). Will come back and follow-up how the situation is settled. FOLLOW-UP: Took the photo, the stickers were not readable due to humidity in the recycle bin and sent them an e-mail, Jan 31, 2020, with my unsatisfaction about the jeggins. They answered, Feb 4, 2020, by thanking me for providing the proof required and to give them the time to see what they can do to solve this issue (and investigate to try to find out the reason why I received only 4 pairs out of 6 and false representation of product shipped vs product shown in publicity). חברה רמאית!!!! הם ממש עובדים על אנשים הזמנתי מוצר אצלהם קיבלתי אותו אחרי 3 חודשים אחרי 20 מיילים ששלחתי להם. לבסוף קיבלתי דוגמית של המוצר שהזמנתי פשוט נוכלים!!!! לא להתקרב אליהם

Scam!!! didn't get the product and did not get my money back

Well I must admit that i have fallen in their trap!! The gummychoco is a fake company and i "stupidly" placed an order with them and paid the amount in full without checking the reviews posted here. My advise to everybody not deal with this disrespectful entity and to make all aware that they are nothing but thieves on the online platform.

Dont order from gummychoco or orangefudge..they're the same company and ALWAYS Google ANY website you want to order from I've seen 100s that are scams these days and have saved myself a LOT of heartache and money by ALWAYS ALWAYS researching websites. And not just websites..I research ANYTHING I want to buy.

As other reviewers said: SCAM!!! Never received the item & after numerous emails back & forth, they insisted it was delivered. Let see....delivered in October yet another email said it was on its way.......in November! Never will I order from them again & I made sure to let them know that I was gonna give them a review on their lousy service

Never received product after paying over $25...emailed company...they said it was a priority to them...emailed again because I still have not received order and they are not responding now.

AND NOT "GUMMYCHOCO" !...THEY ARE now Claiming to Paypal That they DID sent the item and also SENT me a Partial Payment BACK Already. When actually only send me the $1.29..discount Amt. that should have been applied to the orginial order at checkout. They did THIS LONG BEFORE....I REALIZED THE ITEM Wasn't Coming. A month before I Even Filed A Claim Against Them. And I Only did this when their Contact info LED...to Nobody!..when I used the info contact that Paypal had...thats when Emails from GummyChoco started comin...but ONLY to TELL me WHAT THEY WERE'NT GOING DO!...RESEND MY MISSING ORDER OR RETURN MY MONEY.

I have ordered and received the miracle hair treatment twice. I had no problem with receiving both of my orders all correctly charged. The product is amazing. The best hair product I have ever used, and I have tried many. It leaves my hair beautifully soft and also keeps it in shape and this means I don't have to wash my hair every day.
