I ordered and paid for 1 bottle of miracle hair treatment to try before purchasing more. I have not recieved and are angry.
Tracking said Cancelled so I emailed this so called company GummyChoco they said they would make it top priority but have not had any contact to reassure me I will get the order. This is a rippoff and the Company should be taken down Its a SCAM no problem taking your money but no delivery. I want my money back Gummy choku

Ordered an LED stick figure suit which was supposed to arrive before Halloween. Have never received the item and my requests for a refund have all been ignored. Customer service and communication is appalling. I have received numerous duplicates of the same bot generated emails and no indication that anyone ever reads the response. Do not trust this company for anything - they should be banned!

fake company my credit card got deducted twice and my product not received too. they dont have contact nos to contact & only one email id also they are failed to revert back.

Never received anything from them . Total scam

i never received any tracking number and email them asking for the status of my order. they only replied once saying it’s already on the way. after a month i never receive, i email back but did nit receive any response. i ask for refund still no respond. this is scam. dont buy any from them. please read the review

I ordered the waterproof military grade pant for 35.98 USD in 25 Aug,2019.
Transaction was done through a well know Paypal company as Paypal provides payment gateway service for Gummychoco.

Shipment arrived to my address on 17 Sept, 19 but quality was very poor like a worn out Jeans pant at home.. I decided not to use it and return back to seller the way it received.
After umpteen followups through calls/mails to Paypal, i was given procedure to return it.
I raised a claim to get refund and managed to return the pant to HongKong as per guidance of Paypal team over mail.

I completed the consignment return procedure on 18 Oct,19 and deadline was 23 Oct, 2019. Also uploaded the tracking detail on Paypal portal immediately on 18 Oct,2019.
After that, when courier reached HongKong ,i got message from courier company saying return address is incorrect. Please provide correct address or consignment will be scraped there only. If you want that back in India, please pay courier charges.
Then contacted Paypal to provide correct address of Seller.
After that when contacted Paypal again,it said, we cannot track your transaction for this product and again asked for transaction details.
( I dont understand how an intermediary like Paypal can say like this when transaction was done through Paypal portal? )
I put many mails to email address given on courier which has domain as smileyhomey.com ..But did not get any response

Then after careful study came to know following important points

Advertise in name of Gummychoco.
Email address of gummychoco is different.

Seller Swish Limited located at HongKong,
Email address of Swish limited ends with smileyhomey.com ( it is an unmonitored mailbox)

Payment gateway: Paypal India
All email ids ( of Paypal, Gummychoco, Smileyhomey ) are unmonitored.
I came to know this because i always got mail from Paypal saying line that " This is unmonitored mailbox"

Paypal hardly responds to any call made on toll free number.
No firm response to messages are given by Paypal through account
conversation.

THESE CHINESE PEOPLE ARE THUGS AND KEEP LOOTING HARD EARNED MONEY PEOPLE.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED TO KNOW THAT REPUTED COMPANY LIKE PAYPAL SUPPORTS SUCH THUGS JUST FOR SAKE OF SMALL COMMISSION IN CONNECTION TO EVERY TRANSACTION WITH GUMMYCHOCO.

There are many people who simply stoped following because Seller/Intermediaries dont respond to mails after transactions are done.
But think, how much money these chinse companies earn by doing such frauds.

PLEASE BOYCOTT PAYPAL AND THEIR PARTNERS AND SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY..

PAYPAL INDIA ITSELF SUPPORTING THESE CHINESE THUGS AND EARNING MONEY FOR THEMSELVES.

1 star is only because you have to leave something.
I wanted to return two HD WIFI CAMERAS as they were poor ,cheap quality in my opinion.
Once this company has your money that's it ,they operate a no RETURNS POLICY under any circumstances .

This company is a joke. I ordered a product never received it. Contacted them asked for replacement they asked me to wait longer. 8 weeks gone by still not received. I contacted them.asked for replacement or refund. They said it been delivered to local post office. I asked for address they didn't know told me to contact couriers gave me tel no none existant.so I contacted again again and again they are refusing to answer my emails now as once thier goods go to courier they no longer responsible. This has taken 6months to get to this stage.I would not recommend this company.

SCAM!!!! I never received my order. I emailed them with screen shots of my PayPal transaction the order number. They send me back an email saying they haven't heard back from me and need me to follow up within 72 hours or they can't process. I get back with them immediately, and have sent at least 10 emails since and I've been ghosted. They took my $20 and they aren't sending a product and they aren't sending a refund.

My credit card got charged twice! I contact them they kept saying they didn’t receive my order! I sent them proof from my credit card and PayPal they just ignore Me and never reply. I didn’t even receive the items. What skeptical about this company is on Facebook or they webpage they use Gummy Chico, then ok credit card is SmileyHomey but in PayPal USD account they use Swish Ltd. Canada should bend them from Scamming people Online. Also Facebook should not let them Promote their goods.

on October I order these gummychoco a set of instant mighty glue , guess !I still don`t receive it .

I ordered a product and it didn’t come. I receive every thing that I ever ordered. I got in contact and they basically told me to deal with it on my own. Check with post office or neighbours.

I have ordered the socks since last month, September and I have not received them to date. A couple weeks ago I emailed them abt it. Got a reply saying that something went wrong and to resend my info: name. Address. Phone # which I did. They sent me another email saying they haven't heard from me. I have sent them 3 more emails and just a few mins ago they emailed me saying they are giving me 72 hours to send info or order will be put on hold. I sent a 4th email just seconds ago telling them how can I ignore by not sending info for product that I have paid for and not received, I again included my info. So now I will wait and see what and if they would reply.

Over a month my package not arrived not a good company 😠

I had to add another review on this company though this site because it seems to be the only way to get them to respond to me. I ordered 3 lights from them and only received 2 after having to wait for them since early September. They have ruined my Halloween because I wanted to have something for my children to wear. Also, they responded with an appology instead of a solution to the problem just to not give me my full order 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Really bad... I have ordered some cleaning products since September... I still have not received any products... My money just gone... And if you email them no response... Really desapointed.. But I see I'm not the only one... This website I realize is very bad... I will send a message every day... Hoping that something will happen soon... DONT ORDER... I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

I ordered something a month ago and still haven't received my order I sent them an email letting them know I have not got it yet and still haven't received an email back from them this is a bad company and I would not ever order from them again
