unbelievable!! I ordered and received my “secret” socks that apparatus fit a size 6 foot !! The material is thin and cheap ...and the front of the sock doesn’t even cover by toe nails !!!!!!!! I have emailed them with photos of these useless pieces of material to be told they only refund if defected or damaged in delivery !! And now they are ignoring my emails with further photos !!!

I ordered 2 weeks ago, they gave me a tracking number that is not real. There is no phone number to call and no response to E - Mails

The product received is totally different from the one described. the quality is very bad, the cheap materials are unattractive and uncomfortable and small. it is not possible to return the goods that PayPal does not protect the purchase. I feel cheated.

Terrible. This is a scam. They sent out rubbish don't allow you to return it and don't do refunds. What is worse is that PayPal back them up.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered Rust remover on August 19th 2019 received it September 10th. It was the wrong product so I sent them three emails starting on September 20th, this is what I received today September 27th. "Thanks for getting in touch.

Do not use this company, i ordered 3 sets of LED to find them a fraction of the price on ebay, i emailed them 15mins after ordering them to cancel, they sent me a email back saying sorry order has already been sent out (on a Sunday) Paypal were rubbish in assisting me
Stay clear of this company

Pathetic customer service and that is being kind to call it a 'service'. Basically they take your money and any issues you have with faulty goods it's a case of tough luck. Avoid them at all costs.

Please stay away from this company. Thought that as they were advertising in Facebook that some control would apply from Facebooks side, seems no. Ordered two Anti-RIFD wallets and as price was much higher than those cheap ones in Ebay, I though this would be legitimate. Takes a week, no response, after several mails my order gets updated with bogus USPS tracking number which does not lead to real delivery !!
p.s. PayPal does not accept my claim as they insists that the seller has provided a shipping number so they must be OK.... fools in PAYPAL :(

I bought their rooting mixture. It came with instructions written in Chinese. I am an American and cannot and do not want to read Chinese. I emailed their support and got NO reply. Do not fall for this junk.

just read a report about the one glide scratch remover pity I didn't see other review earlier as I am having same problem load of s...e, doesn't work, all I got when contacted was its in the hands of our techs to see what happened even sent a video of it not working, that company could tell me today is Monday which it is and I still wouldn't believe them.

takes you money and laughs all the way to the bank. They dont accept returns - but there is nothing to return as they never send anything. STAY AWAY

I placed an order on July 24, 2019. On July 29, 2019 I received an email saying that the order had been sent and a follow-up link.
If I click on that link I am directed to the page of the postal service of France that gives an error with that tracking number: "Unknown number. Please re-enter the number in the required format."
I wrote to the customer service email and 7 days later I received the following response:
"I have pulled-up your record and I do see your order, which was placed on July 24, 2019. Your order is currently in process.
We know how you wanted to have your order right away. Since this is one of our best seller, shipping period may take longer than our regular 15-20 days; shipping period for this item may take longer than the usual. But we are having our team work on this to have it delivered your way as soon as possible. Rest assured, we are working to resolve this issue and for you to receive the item as soon as possible.
Our sincerest apologies for the delay in shipment. We kindly ask for your cooperation and patience with regards to this issue."

The order hasn't been shipped? Then why are they sending me an email with a fake tracking number? I will claim via Paypal for my money back.
Instagram, which is where I saw the product ad, should be more careful with the companies it advertises.

Finally, I've received the order but almost a month after I placed the order.

This is a complete scam, I actually fell for the advertisement but I never even received the product, wrote many times to the costumer service and never got a response, instagram should never allow this crap on the platform

Scratch remover product - this is definitely false advertising. There is no ‘removal’ of any scratch - not even slightly. It’s not even a silicon based paste, so it doesn’t appear to be for anything except stealing your money.

If you’re reading before you purchase - lucky you. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

I ordered the scratch removal. At the track and trace I saw after a month that the order had been canceld but I didn't get any message. I have sent 5 emails to the support email adres no any answer.

This "scratch remover" is ABSOLUTELY USELESS! NO instructions in English (or any other language)! And when approached, this is what I recieved:

"Thank you for your email to notify us of your dissatisfaction with our product. We are very sorry for such destabilizing encounters you have been faced with.

I want you to know that we have observed some crucial information in your complaint concerning our products and services.

But unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Apologies, but we only offer refund for items that are defected or damaged upon delivery. Other than that, we cannot grant your request.

We hope for your understanding."

What a crock! I don't have money to throw away like this!

Extremely poor, only gave them a 1 star as had to give something. The scratch remover product is completely useless and falsely advertised. They have poor rating everywhere so I have found out after purchasing their rubbish scratch remover product which did absolutely nothing. DO NOT BUY anything from this group, they seem to be scam artists.

Fraud. the scratch remover doesn't work. How is this company even allowed to trade. Should have known, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
