Gary the engineer was terrific
Gary the engineer that completed the caravan Habcheck did a great job. He was very polite and explained everything that he was doing. He answered any questions that I asked regarding the caravan.

They hound you with phone calls and messages day after day.
I went on their website to see how much the service costs. You cannot see any information until you enter your personal details. Once I saw the price (and realised it was very expensive!) I took it no further.
I am now being hounded by telephone calls and messages! Not just a single simple courtesy call (which would, in my view, be bad enough) but day after day!
So, after forcibly taking personal details, they then use that without any form of informed consent. I do wonder whether they also sell the details on as well.
So, in summary, if you visit their website, please don't leave your true contact details unless you want this sort of response.

You make an interesting point about our pricing - we used to show it as a schedule of all services and prices on one page, but got feedback that it was confusing. So we recently changed it so that each service is listed on a drop down menu at the top of the website and price information is included on the individual service pages. Sorry you weren't able to find the information, but just to reassure you, there is no necessity to leave your details to access pricing information. Regarding our enquiry follow-up process, it is often the case that people contact us needing a fast response in order to keep their warranty valid, so yes, we can be quire persistent in our efforts to help people. HabCheck were extremely efficient in all aspects of their service. Gary, the inspection engineer, was very thorough and kept me updated before, during and after the inspection. The full written report, pictures and videos were received within a couple of hours.
I would recommend, without hesitation, HabCheck to anyone considering purchasing a Motorhome and I shall certainly use them again.

Tim, the Habcheck engineer arrived on time, was very professional, thorough and honest. He offered good advice for the future in order that we are able to maintain the van in good condition. I would also like to point out that he was very respectful of both the environment and our van. Would definately welcome him to carry out a habcheck in the future and recommend habcheck to friends
