In spite of the first item recieved being sub standard this company rectified the issue quickly and a replacement was sent. They communicated well and resolved the issue completely.

My caravan toilet decided to malfunction - very inconvenient! This meant replacement items needed rather urgently. I ordered the kit of parts (new cassette unit) and they arrived the next day. In minutes we were set to 'go' again! Very pleased.
