Not worth the money. Bought from them as they were cheaper then Luxy hair.. cheaper for a reason! Colour was dark ash blonde.. it’s ginger. I took a picture in different lights and in the natural light it is shining with orange strands. I honestly thought I’d ordered wrong or they had sent the wrong one out. My hair compared to the photo online is the same colour. It’s what I get , dark ash blonde . But unfortunately this is a strawberry blonde and that’s being polite.

Hair feels nice and soft. Natural feel to it but my goodness the colours are way off !

Why would I contact you about the colours ? There was nothing else Ont he website that was close to my hair colour apart from this one . And it was completely different to what a dark ash blonde should be ! I returned and got my money back as I didn’t use it. No need for me to contact you directly about it, just making others aware that the colours on the website are not true in real life 👍🏻

This company has the most terrible customer service. I ordered the halo extensions from my salon and loved it. I tried to find the products (shampoo, conditiner, etc) that’s recommended by this company to use on their extensions. I called salon after salon and no one sold their products. I called the corporate office and literally begged them to sell me their shampoo and conditioner and they flat out refused and said only salons can purchase their products. It shouldn’t be this difficult to buy shampoo. Just sell your damn serums and shampoos to customers; it’s not like I am asking you to sell me your kidneys.

I had a awful experience with another company but found these guys and honestly cannot recommend them highly enough the hair is brilliant and the customer service is above expectation they really are great Rachel was amazing and got back to my email within the hour !!

I recieved my hair extensions colour 613 and they were beautiful they were thick and arrived really quickly

The blonde Weft is honestly the worst quality I have ever seen. When it arrives it looks great, but after 1 wash it mats and sheds huge amounts of hair. I have almost got dreadlocks in my extensions despite using professional, sulphate free shampoos & conditioners. These literally shouldn’t be being sold because the quality is dreadful and really damaging for your natural hair. The member of staff who helped me was amazing & did offer me a refund, but I really would advise against buying these until they manage to sort out the quality of the blondes.

These hair extensions are amazing! I have tried lots of brands of hair extensions and they don’t come close to Halo Hair! They arrived packaged up beautifully and the quality lasts so long! I’ve used my extensions a fair few times and the quality is the same as when they arrived ❤️

I cannot express how AMAZING halo hair extensions are! I’ve had really poor experiences with OTHER brands in the past so I’m always nervous with purchasing extensions online. I have been ordering this hair for over 5 years and it has always been top quality. My last order came, the hair was thinner and the quality is not as good. It matts very easily I will be ordering from a different company in the future.

Good customer service and fast delivery but ordered utips & have only had them in a week and already they are very fine and constantly sticks together which makes it look even more fine.

I have been wearing Halo for the last few years. I wear mine daily so I buy 1 or 2 a year. My last purchase has been a nightmare. The hair is constantly matting and is horribly uncomfortable. This is definitely NOT the same quality as my other pieces! My sytist has made several attempts to reach customer service and nobody has returned her messages. I am so frustrated and after this experience would not recommend this product.

I've ordered hair extensions a few times from halo and can safely say I won't order from anywhere else now , the hair is so thick from top to bottom , it lasts long, doesn't dry out if looked after properly, fantastic price for luxury hair they are so helpful also , as someone who's wore hair extensions for over 10 years I highly recommend halo xxx

Colour matches perfectly… had the The Halo Ombre #OM48 before and loved it but fancied a slight change so got the Premium Halo Mixed #4/8 this time for a more subtle look ❤️

I re entry purchased the hair extensions and they still have t turned uo at my house yet
