The concept is great but in reality these halo extensions don’t work. They were either so loose I could feel them slipping off my head or so tight I had a headache after half hour of wearing them. They were so uncomfortable. I only had them four days and the wire broke on them too. Really really poor - don’t waste your money!

£90 for such a small amount of hair, meant to be a full head but will be to thin and see through, expected it to be much thicker, I’m going to have to but another set just to make it look half decent

Delivery was super fast, literally next day! The quality of the ponytail is AMAZING! It added the extra length and thickness that I needed. Halohairextensions are really responsive and super helpful. I will definitely be purchasing more! An overall really great experience!

Hair extensions are beautiful quality and I was surprised how easy it is to wear the halo ! I previously have had weft extensions and they damaged my hair and I was looking for something more flexible when my hair dresser recommended hall.

There was so much to like - speedy despatch & delivery, an easy to use site with lots of options & a product that really did what I hoped it would. It was a bit of a leap of faith to spend over £100 on a hairpiece, but I have no regrets. I have thin hair on the ends and opted for a halo to match my roots (I’m growing my colour out.) I don’t often write reviews good or bad, but honestly, I was so very happy with my halo that I had to say something. Everyone who has seen it has been really impressed - they had no idea I was wearing it until I took it out; it really is a huge boost to my confidence as my thin hair was really getting me down.

I have brought a few products from the store now, including the 30” halo, the 18” clip in extensions and the 20” real hair ponytail, and I can honestly say I love every product, I love how easy and quick they are to apply/put in and how easy they are to style! If you’re thinking about purchasing anything from the store, then do as you won’t be disappointed, I highly recommend purchasing from this company not only do they have fast delivery. Customer service is amazing! 5* service

Impressive service from Halo London. I received my original order and it wasn't quite right for me so I emailed Halo London and they literally got back to me within the hour and said they would send me a new one out in the post free of charge and even gave me the option of an upgrade to a thicker extension.

The quality of the hair is fantastic and the colour match just perfect.

Beautiful quality hair, packaging secure and trendy. I received this quite fast and the extensions melted into my natural hair very nicely. Considering I have naturally Afro 4C texture hair, when straightened the clip ins fit in seamlessly!

Obsessed! I got a 24 inch ponytail in the shade boho brown and honestly it is the highest quality clip in I have owned. The ponytail although thick it is not too heavy, and the hair is such good quality that people have assumed it is my own hair. Also the combination of the clip and Velcro side piece means the ponytail does not slip throughout the day.

If I could give them zero I would. Purchased 5 pack remy hair extensions and were fitted couple weeks after receiving. From first washing high has only been done by a hairdresser poor quality, dangled and unmanageable. I had them inspected by two independent hairdressers to be told cuticles of hair were running different ways causing matting, frizz and dryness. (Remy hair has cuticles running same way) Two hair extensions specialists were disgusted by quality. Emailed halo with photos and because I didn’t get them put in straight away only offered 50% refund. Really unhelpful and stated they would only expect their extensions to last max 3 months. Had all receipts to verify fitting was only 6 weeks and numerous photos of them wet and dry. Customer service shocking. Avoid at all costs I paid £300 for hair that is having to be taken out after 6 weeks. Trading standards now becoming involved.

I got the 24 inch deluxe clip in hair extensions and they were absolutely amazing! I got them in bleach blonde so I could dye them neon green like the rest of my hair and the dye took really well to the extensions!
They arrived super quickly and the packaging was super cute!
I get so many compliments when I wear them and genuinely feel like I have perfect mermaid hair!

Super friendly team - communication was great and delivery was super quick! The actual hair itself is really good quality - I went for the halo in 24 inch’s and I love that it’s less strain on my hair than my clip ins. I find it really comfortable to wear and like that you can adjust the wire to your head size so it’s custom for you.
