Fast delivery (to the Netherlands). Waters & Stanton has a broad portfolio for HAM radio enthousiasts. Plus the have good YouTube videos which are informative and not bias.

I’ve used Waters and Stanton quite a few times in the last year since I picked up my amateur radio interest again.
I recently ordered an Icom ID50E as I wanted to use DStar.
The radio is excellent in all respects The service I got from W&S was as great as ever. The item arrived by Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. It was well packed against transit bumps!
I have at times had to email or phone W&S for advice and it has always been forthcoming.

A veryfast delivery and the item arrived in perfect condition and is now in use working fine.

After a genuine IT issue with emails I found the sales team very helpful indeed with a possible purchase of an Icom 7300 MK2. They provided a fast response to my purchase query and being an authorised Icom (and others) product dealer they are a company that can genuinely be relied on. Highly recommended.

Really friendly and helpful and very quick delivery

A product I bought last September developed a fault. W&S paid for its return, fixed the problem, and shipped it back to me in just a few days. Excellent service. ADDITION _ Unfortunately, having tested the repaired item, I find it still has the exact same fault!
I have contacted the shop and have been promised a refund on return of the item, for which a pre-paid label has been provided. I am happy with this resolution.

The product arrived fine, the outer box was a bit too big and the inner box was rattling around a little but all was ok with the actual item.

The item was shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service on the 16th and arrived on the 19th

Even before a small discount the VK-6 key was £10 cheaper than other places I found it.

Ordered a Watson W-901 antenna overnight of 18th March, it was dispatched early 19th March and arrived today. It was excellently packaged and I'm now enjoying increased reception on the civil airband on my Uniden Bearcat UBC75XLT. Thanks for the excellent service W&S! I'm sure I'll be back for more purchases in the future.

My recent purchase of a Yaesu M-70 desk microphone was flawless. I initially thought they hadn't received my online order but then checked my spam folder and found the confirmations. No idea why Gmail flagged them as spam but worth checking it you're concerned about email communication with Waters & Stanton. Mic is brand new and as described and sounds great on-air once you wind up the mic gain a bit.

I have tried to speak or receive assistance from them. 4 times I've tried to part exchange my FT920. Obviously they don't need my custom. I'm not sure if Peter or Jeff are aware of what's going on. This attitude is not what I expected when listening to their YouTube channel. Will probably go to another dealer for my exchange. Very disappointed
