Totally satisfied with W&S service - not so much with Royal Mail
Totally satisfied with W&S sales and customer service and the actual product (Diamond 2m 5 ele beam). Order was processed quickly and shipped same day, well packed on arrival. Took me ages to open it :-)
Alas not so impressed with Royal Mail side of things, I would say don't bother purchasing any of the RM "faster delivery" options as it wasn't.. remember 24 hours for example is an "aim" not a guarantee!!
However W&S have no control over this, they did their bit so happy to award 5 stars to them.

Have bought equipment off them for many a year now. Any problems I have ever had (I can think of only one), has been dealt with quickly and effectively. I recently bought a Moonraker Luna from them, as I knew if I had problems they would be sorted. There were none. Recommend company.

Good product but poor delivery and no English instructions for the tilt.
Product was well made but instructions were all in Mandarin, no page included with English instructions which is bad at this price.
Shipping was a nightmare - it started with a late running message that wanted signature on delivery.I took the whole day to stay home for the package only to find it was suddenly showing as 'delivered' when the door bell had not be used. I later found the package abandoned in my front garden by the door in full view of passersby.
Signed for? Nope, Safely delivered? Nope.

Going Downhill
Half of the order was missing, three phone calls later and not much feedback or support. The company is not what it used to be. Had to source elsewhere. Not Good. Only a three star because the other pease of kit was brilliant. Arriving safely.

Excellent service, fast delivery and a reliable specialist retailer
Excellent experience with Waters & Stanton from start to finish. I placed two separate orders recently for antenna and radio-related equipment, and both were handled quickly and professionally. The website was easy to use, stock levels were accurate, communication was clear, and everything arrived well packaged and exactly as expected.
It’s refreshing dealing with a specialist UK retailer that clearly understands the hobby and stocks proper quality equipment and accessories rather than generic marketplace items. Delivery was fast on both orders and the overall service felt reliable and well organised throughout. Very pleased overall and would happily purchase from Waters & Stanton again.

Great service and an excellent product
I bought a Coaxial Antenna Switch CX-SW2PL to connect two antennas to my receiver. Although it was shipped from the UK (outside the EU), everything went smoothly, with no extra charges or import issues. This was clearly indicated by the seller when I placed the order.
The switch feels robust and well-made, and it includes two mounting screws. The technical specifications are printed on the box label, no additional documentation is included. The packaging states it is made in Taiwan.
It switches smoothly between my HF antenna and my VHF/UHF antenna, with solid performance overall. Very pleased with this purchase.
