The sole reason that I have not given a 5 star rating is because my order arrived late. It was a present for my son's 10th birthday. That being said, Bella and the team did everything that they could to help and to speed things up. I really could not fault the level of customer service and communication. In the end my son was delighted to have another present to open after his birthday. Sometimes things happen, we got there in the end and I would gladly place further orders.

Som en konsekvens har jeg skrevet en mail og bedt om en refundering og ringet til deres kundeservice, hvor jeg fik et indisk call center i røret.
