The problem with this order was that no delivery date was given, and I wrongly assumed it was a scam.

Chocs were delicious but obviously melted from the long journey!!

I received what I order thank you. The package was just damaged and wait very long for it to be delivered. The only thing that you can do is to inform people from where you get your product and how long you going to wait to receive your parcel. But otherwise I am happy and will definitely order again from you.

The actual ordering online was easy and quick. The shipment arrived relatively quickly, and it was intact. No damage to the sensitive Popcorn.

The products you sell are excellent. My only concern is the delivery time. I live in Mexico, and the shipping takes quite a long time.

They are scammers. They pretend to be a NZ company but are not. The NZ address and phone contacts are non existent. Then when the product FINALLY arrives it was plastic not chrome as advertised. Rubbish quality. Impossible to get a refund.

Ordered a serum from a branch of theirs,Ninth Avenue.It had an Irish web address and an Irish postal address,which they have chosen as it is a vacant property! All this to pretend they are a local company.The price was high but I thought that would be due to vat and customs charges.However I still was charged Custom duty for a random amount they put on the package.It would have been cheaper for me to actually order from the U.S company that make the product,even taking into account delivery and custom charges.Handelnines convoluted blurb about all their services on their home page is just embarrassing.

Total fraud. Avoid

This company’s subsidiary purports to be in Australia. They have an Australian address in Sydney and an Australian Mobile. They do not respond to mobile messages. They do not respond to emails and at least one of their email addresses is a fraud (does not exist). I have screenshot all my contacts and can show they showed I was paying in Australian dollars. At no time and in no place did they say there was any international connection. Hence, when I saw a foreign transaction fee from the bank for the payment, alarm bells rang. Due to their lack of transparency and the exacting nature of payment on the website, they are definitely fraudulent and I will be reporting to my Bank, and Consumer & Business Affairs. Despite numerous requests, no one from the company has made contact and after 9 days, I have received no tracking information, hence the item has not even been sent! Unless they refund the foreign transaction fee and send my item promptly, I have no alternative but to warn other prospective purchasers that this company and their ‘subsidiary’ Home Loft, is a total SCAM! I’ll gladly write another better review if they take prompt action, but next step for me is notifying the Bank!
