Hello, you issued me a refund on the 15th of December and i still have not got my money back. Please can you explain why? ORDER UK-TC#P273518781
My order was placed on the 1st December, it had not arrived by the 14th and i had not recieved any communication from you. When i emailed you i eventually recieved a reply stating that it had not been dispatched, i then asked for a refund and you emailed me to say that my refund had been issued on the 15th of December. I still do not have my money back. Avoid this business as they are dishonest and fraudulent.
I will be reporting you to your payment gateway provider for an investigation into your business pratice.
Update -
After waiting days for the email they supposedly sent i contacted my bank to dispute the order. Funnily enough they suddenly emailed when they were contacted by my bank. I recieved a reply stating that they would issue a refund only if i closed the dispute i raised with my bank. They have tried to blackmail me into closing the dispute. Avoid this business, they will take your money and not return it.
