Io e i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato nella suite 2 a Viareggio nel weekend. L’appartamento é molto pulito e ordinato, i letti sono comodissimi, la cucina è munita di piastra a induzione, i condizionatori funzionano perfettamente e nel bagno è presente il phon. La posizione inoltre é perfetta sia per raggiungere la passeggiata sia per andare verso il centro. Ottima esperienza, torneremo sicuramente

Siamo davvero felici che abbiate apprezzato la pulizia e l’ordine dell’appartamento, la comodità dei letti e la dotazione della cucina. Ci fa molto piacere sapere che avete trovato tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, dai condizionatori al phon in bagno.

Anche la posizione è uno dei punti di forza della suite, ed è bello sapere che vi ha permesso di godervi al meglio sia la passeggiata che il centro di Viareggio.

Sarà un vero piacere accogliervi nuovamente per un altro weekend insieme ai vostri amici. A presto!

Questa è la terza recensione da una stella che ci lascia. Le abbiamo scritto più volte chiedendo maggiori dettagli, poiché gestiamo molti ospiti e tanti proprietari e desideriamo sinceramente comprendere e risolvere eventuali problematiche. Tuttavia, non è stato disponibile a fornirci ulteriori informazioni.
Si ha l’impressione che l’intenzione sia semplicemente quella di lasciare recensioni negative, senza darci la possibilità concreta di offrirle assistenza. Siamo sempre disponibili a risolvere eventuali criticità, ma senza un riscontro più specifico diventa molto difficile intervenire in modo efficace.

Restiamo comunque a disposizione qualora decidesse di condividere maggiori dettagli, così da poter verificare adeguatamente la situazione e fornirle il supporto necessario.

Great communication over email and WhatsApp. Lovely accommodation with most of the basic necessities. Had a great holiday!

Stay away- they lie and lie and lie

Stay away: they lie and lie and lie, even in their reply here at Trustpilot, they lie. So do not trust them: we rented an apartment with aircondition, but they deliberately turned the power off for cost saving reasons, so we had the choice of either unpleasant 27 degrees in the bedroom at night or mosquitoes if we opened the windows. – both very unpleasant. Happy Rentals is located in Switzerland and decide if the temperature is for need of aircondition in Italy. We notified both Happy Rentals and the reception on the spot, the very first day to turn on power for the aircondition, but nothing happened, so finally we left. – Stay away !

We’re sorry you felt disappointed by your stay in Porlezza. During your visit in September, the air conditioning had already been switched off for the season, which is standard practice at the resort. At that time, outdoor temperatures were mild and the apartment could be comfortably cooled by opening the windows, which we explained.

There was no intention to mislead, and the situation was handled transparently on site. Your refund request was reviewed carefully and declined, including through the chargeback process.

We always aim to provide an honest description and a comfortable experience for our guests, and we regret that this did not meet your expectations.

Honte aux propriétaires de l'appartement à campanule n°415

Nous découvrons avec une immense déception l'appartement que nous avons réservé pour 7 personnes alors que nous ne sommes que 3 et ce pour une semaine.
Le montant de la location s'élève à 1387,€.
Je serais honteuse à la place des propriétaires. Outre le fait que les lieux nous apparaissent vétustes l'hygiène est déplorable.Traces sur les portes de la toilette, une hotte qui ne peut plus rien haspirer tant elle brune et les bords intérieurs de la baignoire sont recouverte de résidus de savon. La douche ne fonctionne pas et il faut maintenir la commande afin que l'eau du robinet s'écoule. Concernant la baignoire, pas facile d'y enter et donc d'en ressortir tant elle est petite.Le lit principal est très étroit et peu confortables.
Nous nous sommes laissés influencé par de jolies photos mais trompeuses .
Je regrette amèrement de ne pas avoir été ailleurs quitte à payer plus.
Je déconseille ce lieu aux personnes àgée car l'escalier est raide et étroit.
Ce qui est amusant c'est que nous recevons une tablette pour un lave-vaisselle inexistant et que certaines parties des lits soient maintenues par des coleçons.
Peut-être sommes-nous un peu trop exigeants et que les propriétaires n'en ont que faire tant que l'argent rentre.
Il est vrai qu'il nous est impensable que 7 personnes puissent partager un espace aussi exigu. Dans ce cas précis, la responsabilité en revient au propriétaire.

Nous regrettons que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. À votre arrivée, vous nous avez effectivement signalé que l'appartement n'était pas assez lumineux à votre goût, ainsi que des problèmes concernant la douche, pour lesquels aucune intervention n'était nécessaire.
Nous tenons simplement à souligner que l'appartement est conçu pour accueillir quatre personnes maximum, et non sept comme vous l'avez indiqué.
Nous vous remercions de nous avoir attribué 4 étoiles et espérons vous accueillir à nouveau pour une meilleure expérience.

Excellent proactive customer service

The team at Happy Rentals were so responsive and helpful when I had to contact them with an issue on the day of check-out (25th January). They really helped and my overall experience staying in Chamonix was helped by their approach. Excellent and really impressive group working hard for their customers. Ref 680035 Chalet Whitmore Argentiere 26/12/2025 - 02/01/2026

We stayed at Chalet Whitmore (advertised for 6–7 people) over the New Year period. The chalet itself was well located and well presented internally.

However, there was a separate flat below the chalet (accommodating a further 2 or 4 guests), and both properties shared a single hot water tank (immersion heater). This meant that between 7 and potentially 11 guests were reliant on one system.

As a result, there was consistently insufficient hot water. Even with only five of us in the chalet, it was not possible for everyone to have a shower in the evening after skiing. It was clear that the hot water capacity was inadequate to service both the chalet and the flat simultaneously.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the hot water system during a busy New Year period. We understand how important it is to have reliable hot water after a day of skiing.

Once the issue was reported, it was investigated and resolved, and we provided a refund of €270 as compensation for the disruption experienced.

Lovely apartment

We stayed in a lovely chalet in Bardonecchia. Great apartment for two people and wonderful views. Near the station and centre and not far from ski lift with the free bus.
Lovely apartment, great communication from owners and looked as described.

We booked a 3 night stay in Croatia

We booked a 3 night stay in Croatia. Booking was confirmed and a large deposit taken. Out of the blue I received an email that the owners wanted to stay in the home when we had booked and informed us we would have to shift our stay by 2 nights. Our flights were already booked and this was not possible. As such, Happy Rentals left us with no accommodation for 3 nights of our 10 day trip. We are very fortunate that we have time to find an alternative. However, I would not trust them to honour their bookings in the future and would not use them again. I am shocked to see these sort of practices at an agent that is part of the Marriott group. Very poor. To add insult to injury - we had to arrange the cancellation and refund ourselves. Beware!

Your reservation was confirmed for 23–26 June. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen owner availability issue, we contacted you to explain the situation and offered an alternative stay from 24–27 June (a one-day shift), not two nights as stated. We fully understand that, due to pre-booked flights, this change of date was not suitable for your travel plans.

At that point, you advised us that, after discussing with your travel companions, you preferred to cancel the booking and receive a full refund so you could secure alternative accommodation for your original dates. As the reservation was made through Marriott’s platform, cancellations and refunds must be processed directly via Marriott, and we followed the correct procedure in line with their policies. A full refund was provided.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused and acknowledge how frustrating it is when plans need to change unexpectedly. Situations like this are extremely rare, and the vast majority of our guests enjoy smooth, problem-free stays. We always aim to communicate promptly and offer fair solutions when unforeseen circumstances arise.

Die Kommunikation war ok, aber das Apartment in dem wir gewohnt haben war es leider nicht. Zu überteuert. Nicht sehr sauber und mit defekten Geräten. Wenn man schon viel Geld verlangt sollte wenigstens der Standard eingehalten werden.

Während Ihres 9-tägigen Aufenthalts über Weihnachten und Neujahr standen Sie mehrfach mit unserem lokalen Team in Kontakt, unter anderem wegen der Stromversorgung und eines überlaufenden Waschbeckens. In beiden Fällen hat unser Team umgehend Unterstützung angeboten, diese wurde jedoch von Ihnen abgelehnt, da Sie uns mitgeteilt haben, dass die Situationen bereits geklärt seien.

Nach Ihrer Abreise baten Sie um eine Rückerstattung. Da uns während Ihres Aufenthalts keine offenen oder ungelösten Mängel gemeldet wurden und angebotene Unterstützung nicht in Anspruch genommen wurde, konnten wir diesem Wunsch leider nicht entsprechen.

Wir danken Ihnen dennoch für Ihre Rückmeldung und nehmen diese ernst, um unseren Service kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

The apartment is small but very comfortable and with many details that easy the life together. Moreover is very close to Le Grand Montets telecabine. Highly recommended. Beware No internet, I used hotspot from my phone and it was good enough.

It's a very cosy litlle chalet with…

It's a very cosy litlle chalet with superb views. Perfect, in my opinion for 2 people. Very nice rainshower with heavenly warm water. There's a very strong wifi connection.
The only problem here are the pots and pans. Only 2 are safe enough to be used. The others are too damaged to safely cook in and should be replaced.
Overal I had a very enjoyable 2 weeks over the holidays.

An alpine paradise – thoughtful design in a stunning setting

Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay! Our family absolutely loved our time at your chalet in Ukanc. The property is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed; we really appreciated the mix of cozy alpine charm (the wood paneling is beautiful) with modern comforts. Having three bathrooms was a huge plus for our group!

The location is simply incredible. Being nestled right in the National Park, just minutes from the lake and the trails, allowed us to completely reset and disconnect from the hustle and bustle. We couldn't have asked for a better base to explore Lake Bohinj and the mountains. We hope to return someday!
