The site was very easy for me to navigate, which was a huge plus because I can get loss so easy.
Every thing I ordered showed up and was wrapped like they expected it to be handled badly so arrived in great shape.
They said I left a 1 star review but can't find it and won't leave a review if I'm dissatisfied.

I ordered some SS M6 button head screws…
I ordered some SS M6 button head screws for a project that requred 12 NM of torque per specs. I couldn't torque any of them down, the allen head stripped out within about 8 NM. Typical Chinese garbage.

I will give 5 stars because they solved the issue immediately.
I ordered a product and it arrived damaged. I sent an email with pictures, and they replied right away with another tracking number. The replacement arrived intact. I will definitely buy from them again... things can happen, and they resolved it.
