Do not buy - ordered over a month ago and no sign of order and cannot get through on either phone number.

The worst online experience I have ever com across. Placed a $115 order on September 9th. Waited two weeks and I made contact. Was advised they are busy due to the sale so pretty much be patient. Was advised they pour to order they dont have stock on hand. Was also told they had issues with the supplier. We're now still waiting, its been 5 weeks today. I received my tracking number 10 days ago and my products still haven't moved. Countless calls to the phone number provided and its switched off. Countless messages left on Instagram & Whats App to no avail. Its also wild to me they keep running sales but cannot send out orders from previous promotions. But hey give me $30 to spend, you can take that back theres not a living chance id be back after this poor service. Just REFUND my money already. The worst thing they could have done is shut down all their stores. I want to know where the owner is and how they are okay with how their business is being run.

They used to be great though now the Cedarwood and Pink Pepper have 1/4 of the strength, not as good scent and burn a lot quicker. Made contact and the woman said she would arrange a return but have not had any contact. They are basically very expensive very average candles now unfortunately. I had got two of the large double wick ones again but won't buy any more.

Beautiful smelling candles and despite a mishap with delivery, they were very helpful and it was rectified easily. I will definitely be ordering more candles and would recommend them to others.

These are the best candle ever they smell amazing everyone asks me what is that smell is smells so good.

Amazing smelling candles, last for ages, burn all around without much tunnelling of the wax. Smell lingers for ages around the house. The only issue is the delivery time, takes a couple of weeks - but they are worth the wait.

Shipping time was ridiculously long around 6 weeks. Candles are not as fragrant as they used to be and burn black smoke. Wick is being cut before every use but still burns black after 30 mins. I feel this whole range of candles and diffusers is nowhere as good as they used to be 5+ years ago

I have purchased multiple times and loved every scent. The candles burn consistently, the wicks are quality and they smell amazing. I have too many favourites to list all but Vanilla, Freesia and Jasmine and Sunda are more recent purchases that made my house smell amazing.

I love love love these candles they are amazing and the way they fill my house with the most amazing scent is always commented on by family and friends.

I purchased the Sunday candle, it is beautifully packaged and the smell is divine.
I am so happy with my purchase. It was the first time ordering from hartco. I have found my new candle company. Thank you Jenni

Beautiful candles, haven’t even lit the really big one and you can smell it as soon as you walk into our home. Will definitely buy again. 5 stars all round.

Postage is consistently slow. I placed my most recent order over one month ago and it still hasn't shipped. I feel like one month+ to send 3 candles is a long time, even if it was during a sale period. And given it still hasn't shipped who knows how much longer it will take. I like the candles but I dont think I will continue to purchase because of shipping delays. They arent that good that I can forgive such a long delay. They are also deleting facebook comments from customers in the same situation. They arent taking responsibility for whatever is going on. They continue to promote a sale on their website and 10 day shipping. Ive lost all trust in this business.

Possible Scam Company - I placed my order 24 July for a birthday present 25 August. It supposedly has been sitting with a transport company since 14 August which is in fact incorrect. They havent received it. They arent responding to chats or emails. No phone number to ring despite apparently being a Melbourne based company.

Absolutely beautiful smelling Centre candles. The package is gorgeous and wonderful for a gift. And love the fact that they are local business people highly recommend.

It’s been 6 weeks since I ordered. No response to emails, calls, or social media messages. Absolutely awful service! These were gifts and I’m out of pocket $240! Will never buy again or recommend. They sent a tracking number but it was a fake number and isn’t showing up

It’s been a month and still no order. Sent numerous emails no reply. They finally did when I complained on their social media and said 10 days to ship. It’s been 4 weeks and no shipping. What a joke! Don’t even bother with them

Order placed. Significant amount of money spent. Nearly 9 weeks later and still no candles. Have attempted to call, email, text, message on Instagram and Facebook and also chatted to a bot online via the website. No reply on any platform, despite being able to see that messages have been read on social media. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My reviews on their site keep getting deleted. My experience like many others was appalling. Their customer service and communication was absolutely terrible. Multiple calls and emails with no response. After waiting 6 weeks I filed a PayPal dispute asking for a refund, they still never replied instead sent candles that have zero scent. May as well burn plain wax. I waisted $250 to wait six weeks for candles I would be ashamed to give as gifts. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very immaturely they’ve blocked me on FB because I questioned them there on their actual non shopping centre site. . I’ve, since the comments I placed in there that are also getting seen (probably not more they’re blocked me) been informed my goods are on their way - nope, consignment number only and no tracking details ‘yet’ - but they can’t promise they’ll arrive intact because that will be on the courier service - see other comments in Google reviews about goods arriving smashed. I was happily reconsidering an edit of my reviews for this company when goods arrived till the blocking on FB and so my review here still stands. This is incredibly terrible customer service - and an immature secretary btw - and a huge delay, in delivering the product, when they state to allow only seven days production time during sales periods (apparently i am wrong there and it is ten). When I quoted my order which states seven days they promptly told me there’s a banner that says ten days and that the 7 day comment in orders is generic! Nothing explains no reply to 3 emails querying where my order is, though, nor any explanation of why I haven’t received my order yet. I note now that other people in this website here have complained about the terrible customer service and the delay in postage and the lack of replies to emails etc. I would warn anybody against this company now as I resorted to the bank and to the ACCC to advise them of what is going on here. Only then did I gets phone call. They’ve been disturbingly non-reluctant to reply or be helpful in any way or form. There has not been a postage comment made at all and my order of over $150 has not been delivered. They should not continue to advertise when they can’t fulfil their orders. They should be ashamed of themselves. I heard such good things about their candles and now I am not going to have the chance to experience them myself and can only tell you that you do so at great risk financially and emotionally - especially if you’re a good person and expect the same karma from somebody else, especially a member of staff of a company that you thought was of good repute -absolutely appalling. And I was so excited about the product. Anyway, in the hands of the bank now and reported to ACCC this morning. Would be nice if I could have just received the product and withdrawn this review but given the immaturity and blocking on FB this review stands. I urge others to state their experiences of to have problems, to the ACCC or consumer affairs s well as herein, if they have lost $ out received poor service as well.

I cannot comment as I’ve not received an order I placed over two weeks ago. No notice of dispatch, no reply to three email queries. $150. On Fbook however I commented and was succinctly told that there’s a banner in the site that specifically states allow ten days processing at sale times. Funny that. Cos my receipt says to anllow only 7 days. When I asked for that to be explained no reply on FB. I now see that someone else has experienced the same issues. Nothing from them. Stop advertising if you can’t deliver on time. I won’t be buying from here again, will be reporting to ACCC or similar, and now have to go to the bank to file a complaint and sort a refund. No matter how good the candles are, and I can’t answer to that, their customer care and service is disgusting.
