I always have a good experience when I shop at Hartco of course it’s my favourite place to shop at especially seeing what new products they have , or just buying more of my favourite products Hartco always look after their customers they have great customer service and they are always very helpful especially if you have a query they do their best to resolve it .I recently purchased the V1 mega candle in bergamot and vanilla it’s a gorgeous fragrance and i absolutely love it like all of their candles it’s absolutely Stunning and you can reuse the vessel it’s beautiful and it’s a fantastic size i have purchased a few of these with different fragrances for my daughters because they love their candles as well it comes in great packaging as well and it’s sooo divine ❤️

I have tried many candles, but HartCo would have to be my favourite. They smell amazing. I recently tried Pink pepper and sandlewood and it didn't disappoint. Leaves my house smelling amazing. So if you're not already a HartCo candle person, go get on board, you'll love them. Also the sales they have are great, lots of savings to be had.

These are the only brand of candles I purchase and my favourite is Vanilla Caramel.The scent last for ages and makes the room smell devine

I love all my Hart and Co candles, they’re the best. Hard to pick favourites now. These candles burn well and smell strong. The only negative is the high postage cost, even when purchasing a few candles. It’s good that they now sometimes have free postage days on Fridays.

Love the free shipping days and quick arrival of my products

The items I bought were great quality but I messaged multiple times as I lost 4 x$5 of my redeemed points . It shows i redeemed them but didn’t go off my order, happened twice! First 3 went missing when I selected redeemed ,then another order I lost another redeemed $5!
Gave up messaging , no one bothered to get back to me about it in the last two weeks! Computer person couldn’t fix and said will get a staff member, waited for 20 mins no one messaged back and messages went unanswered! Spent in 4 orders in the last 6 weeks , well over $400 and delivery is too slow! Nearly a week each time before items are posted! Won’t be spending any more money with hart&co! No customer service ! Very disappointed with their lack of communication and their delays dispatching items

Hart & Co Candles are the only Candles I buy whether it’s for my home or for a gift. They are sumptuous and beautiful. Vanilla Caramel is a huge favourite in our house and I love when there is a Sale on so I can buy more! Can never have enough candles.

Loving the Lime Coconut Candle! Love that the scent even travels upstairs in my home. Really beautiful!

I placed an order back in August, Australia post lost my order so customer service assured me they would send another one straight away then ghosted me.
My order was worth over $200
11/9/25 customer service said they would send me new tracking info and i have herd nothing since. i have sent 2 emails asking when my order will be sent with no reply this is terrible customer service! i have been buying candles from here since they first started but never again!!! very dissapointed

Most fragrances are really beautiful. however the lotus and patchouli reeds do not have much of an aroma. The others are nice and fills the rooms with their fragrance. the candles are divine. Thank you.

The ladies at Hart and Co were very welcoming the day I visited their showroom.
The reed diffuser I wanted to purchase was out of stock on the shelf, so they quickly ran down into the warehouse and made one up for me.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The showroom is beautiful if you haven’t visited yet.
