Mother's Day flowers delivered late

Mother's Day flowers delivered two days late. App crashes every time and customer service offered inadequate compensation for completely missing the occasion. This has happened twice now, so will never use Haute again. Dreadful

Would not use again

I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet and what arrived was nothing like what I paid for. It looked poorly arranged and very low quality. I requested a refund immediately and clearly stated that I did not want store credit, yet I was still offered it twice and had to deal with three different people over several days just to get the issue resolved.
Customer service was extremely poor, their phones always seemed to be on out-of-hours mode, and the bouquet itself looked cheap and disappointing despite costing nearly £50.
Definitely not a luxury florist experience, and I will not be ordering from Haute Florist again.

Disappointing flowers, delivered late, no refund.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day but they didn't arrive until the Monday evening. They'd sat in the Royal Mail's postage depot for a whole day, so when they arrived they were looking very sad. They were insufficiently hydrated, which is very sloppy given that Customer Service admitted that delivery dates can't be guaranteed. What nonsense! What is the point of a flower delivery service that can't be relied on? Even if they had been fresher, they wouldn't have matched my expectations based on the picture. If this is the large bouquet, I dread to think what the small one is like. A posy? A nosegay? A buttonhole? For £65 I should have got much better flowers than this, and they should have arrived on time. Customer service added insult to injury by offering me a £10 voucher code. As if I'd ever use this terrible company again!

Late Delivery & Sale by misrepresentation

Ordered flowers for Monthers day, on a Thursday morning. Paid for delivery on Sunday.

Flowers are dispatched on Saturday, but they've used "Royal Mail 24hr" rather than Special delivery, meaning there is no chance it would be delivered on the Sunday. Indeed, they turn up late, on Monday.

When they do arrive, the "COUNTRY WILD GARDEN" flowers are nothing like the pictures on the website. Upon enquiring about this, i'm asked to provide pictures, which i do, then i'm told what was delivered matches the website description and no compensation for either the late delivery or sale by misrepresentation would be forthcoming.

Having used Haute in the past, this has been a bitterly disappointing experience, and i will be sure to never use, nor recommend using, them again. A chargeback has been initiated via my bank. It would appear this is not an uncommon event going by other reviews here & on google.

Would leave 0 stars if I could, the flowers arrived broken, wilted and browning. The companies response once I sent photographs: "the bouquet appears to be of good quality and matches the size ordered"

Ignore their self awarded 4.8 stars!

Very interesting that they give themselves 4.8 stars on a Google summary and on here it is 3! Mother's Day flowers delivered on a Tuesday after ordering on the Thursday and selecting Saturday delivery. No email or correspondence to say we are sorry for the delay. Would obviously never have ordered for Tuesday, would have chosen a different florist!

Flowers arrived already wilted and dying

I have ordered 3 bouquets of flowers in the last 30 days spending over £300.

The most recent bouquet cost over £120 - The Splendour - and was a gift for my wife from our kids on Mothers Day - Sunday 15th March.

Order number: hf_660831

The flowers arrived on Sunday at 7:20PM in the evening and were in a terrible state with some of the stems already wilted and dying.

Never again will I order from Haute.

Terrible quality flowers and poor customer service

Bought flowers for Mother's day, supposed to be £50. Sent an absolutely awful looking bouquet which was different in size, colour and flower type.

Having to seek a refund through the bank for misleading sale as what was received wasn't what we ordered.

Customer service don't want to help and are really abrupt, quality of flowers is about the same as I would expect for reduced supermarket flowers and lasted only a few days.

Poor service, poor quality, overpriced.

Do NOT order from this business!! They will scam and gaslight you ❌

I ordered the large ‘Wild beauty’ bouquet as a gift. The photo on the page advertised a larger size bouquet which the site listed to be a medium. I paid an extra £10 for the large bouquet, as well as an extra 50p for a message card. Delivery was around £5. In total, I’d paid £44.50. Delivery was on time, but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I have to say!!

When the flowers arrived, it resembled a generic bouquet from a supermarket. it was the size was not a size of a large bouquet, it was the size of a £15 bunch from your average local supermarket. Several of the flowers were broken, wilted or crushed. The Message card I paid extra for was a poorly handwritten note on the receipt that came inside the box. No individual card insight!!

I notified Customer services the same day as delivery, as I was absolutely appalled at what I received and asked them for a refund.

I have been back and forward with them via email for days now and still no acknowledgment of a refund. I send them serval long emails, with emails to back up all my points as proof, but still no apology or resolution. The email responses I’ve received from Megan B, stated that she’d shown my emails and images to the florist manager and they both agreed that what I received is what is advertised/received. When I questioned the size and quality of the bouquet, she said they if was because they hadn’t fully bloomed yet and that the guard petals were still attached to some flowers 💀 - then proceeded to send me a separate email telling me how to look after the flowers correctly. Fully ignoring the main issue of my complaint!!

I have asked them for a refund three times now, and I have now threatened them that I will escalate the issue with Trading Standards for misuse of advertising, if this isn’t resolved quickly.

After what I’ve seen today of all the reviews on here and on social media, everyone seems to be having the same issue (unless you are an influencer or someone with a big following - as seen on their instagram page) so I’m very doubtful I’ll get a refund now.

This really isn’t worth the hassle. Purchase your bouquet from a REPUTABLE company or local florist. I feel so scammed and misled and honestly, it feels like HAUTE Florist customer service is trying to gaslight me with their responses.

-100/10, awful company. I was a first time customer and i definitely will not be a returning one!!

Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a large bouquet for Mother’s Day (£55), but what I received was closer to a standard bunch, with many flowers already wilted, brown, or dead. By the next day, the entire bouquet had died. I wish I could include a photo.

This was my second time ordering from them. The first time, a few flowers arrived wilted, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this experience was far worse.

It was genuinely embarrassing to gift these on Mother’s Day.

I provided over 15 photos and videos at their request, showing the bouquet from multiple angles. Despite this, they only offered a £15 credit, describing it as a “partial quality issue,” even though nearly all the flowers were damaged or dead.

I also shared a comparison between the medium bouquet I ordered last year and the “large” one I received this year, but this concern was not acknowledged.

Spend your money elsewhere.

Received the ROMA bouquet from my…

Received the ROMA bouquet from my daughter for Mothering Sunday. Very disappointed. Looked nothing like the advertisement picture. The 4 calla Lillies were tiny, the 6 roses had seen better days, there was just one variety of secondary flowers and sparse and the thistles were brown with dead leaves. Padded out with eucalyptus! Not my idea of a LUXURY bouquet.

Save your money and get a petrol station bunch.

Had ordered a gorgeous big bouquet for my mum on Mother’s Day. It arrived a day late and about a 1/4 of the size of the bouquet I was expecting. I complained and they offered a £10 voucher for the next time I use them. I will never use them again and will make sure anyone I know also doesn’t waste their money with Haute instead get a £5 petrol station bunch for the same quality.
Do not recommend.

Complete waste of £35 i could've got a better bouquet at the petrol station. More leaf than flowers. Most of them havent blossomed either. Doesnt look at all like the description on the website. Absolutely shocking. Dont waste your time or money!

Trojan Horse Website - do not use!

I ordered some flowers on a Wednesday for delivery on Mother’s Day, I received confirmation with no advisement that there would be an issue. On the day of delivery I received an email from Royal Mail advising it would actually be delivered two days later.
Once the flowers did arrive they were wilted and clearly not fresh, I had complained on the day of delivery and after some back and forth was offered the £4 delivery fee as compensation. After some digging I noticed that my emails were being sent from a Prestige Gifting email address not Haute Florist. If you check the reviews for Prestige Gifting, they are shocking and filled with similar situations.
Throughout the entire back and forth with ‘Haute Florist’ including the photos of the wilting flowers and the clear lack of communication advising of delays, they have blamed the location as being ‘remote’ - it is not - and have offered me an abysmal £4 refund for the delivery delay.
Please do not use this florist and go local instead!

I ordered a bouquet for £60 for Mother's day. The size of the bouquet delivered weas unbelievable. The roses and lilies were wilting and had mould at the bottom. Contacted customer services with photographs and have been told "on review by the florist manager they can see no issues ! " Apalling service and quality issues. Regret not ordering with Interflora.

Quantity of stems is an issue

I can’t fault the flowers at all, fresh and well packed. However I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day for £37+delivery, Pink Rose Meadow. There was no size option given to me. Photo had amongst others 12 roses. What my mum got was just 10 stems in total in her ‘bunch’. They have “reviewed” my photo evidence and have told me to feed them well and they will look like the photo on their website!!! They have, in their view, no case to answer regarding the quantity received. They gave me a credit on my account for £5 because the butterfly wasn’t included either. I’ve always used this company and never had an issue - but this was totally capitalisation on Mothers Day.

Wouldn't use again.

Recently ordered three bunches of flowers for Mothers Day, one arrived a week early, one at 8pm on Mothers Day and the final bunch on Monday afternoon.

The final bunch were thrown over our back gate and were ruined.

Zero compassion or care for the issues. Wouldn't use again.

I ordered flowers in advance for Mother’s Day and selected Sunday delivery at checkout. The company confirmed this, yet the flowers were dispatched on Thursday and have still not arrived.

I have now been told by Royal Mail that delivery won’t be until Wednesday – three days after Mother’s Day. This completely defeats the purpose of the order.

If Sunday delivery cannot be guaranteed, it should not be offered as an option. Customers rely on these dates for important occasions, and in this case the service has completely failed.

To make matters worse, the flowers have been in transit for several days, so I have little confidence they will even arrive in good condition.

Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend.
