The shirt I bought is not linen as advertised and is instead some other cheap material. The quality is awful and the shirt is not anywhere near true to size. I put it in the garbage. After readying the other reviews for this company it is not worth trying to send it back or waste my time.

Complete ripoff

They are a rip-off - they will not accept my return for a brand new blouse I purchased without making me spend shipping costs that are about the same cost as the blouse. The color of the blouse was nothing like the picture, and cheap quality. It is a Chinese company that expects you to accept their misrepresented items without question.
In order to exchange the item for another color I have to spend another $18.00 - they are horrible stay away.

Wünsch eine Rücklieferung, Gegenvorschlag von Haveryridge, kann die nicht passende Jacke behalten und bekomme nach Zahlung der Versandkosten in Höhe von 12,99 Euro eine passende Größe zugeschickt. Nach Wochen kein Fortschritt langweilige zu Nichts führende Konversation. Dieser Laden ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Order not received and I assume fake tracking, refund not received, very communicative person called Julia with one excuse after the other, American brand / ships via china, social media accounts in the Middle East. I would say its not legitimate business at all. 1 month in and now reported as fraud via my bank.

I’ve loved the jacket for sometime and finally decided to order for Hawaii trip. Ordered 5/10/25. Confirmation of shipment 5/12/25. Took at least a week or more for receipt, fit upon arrival. Washed according to directions and shrunk. Wanted to return, window had expired!

Yes, they may be cheap and unless you want to spend your evenings writing emails to their absolutely abysmal and atrocious customer service shop literally anywhere else.

the blouse they showed and described was made of linen. The one they SENT me is of cheap thin cotton and doesn't look anything like it was shown or described. I want to send it back for a refund, and they told me to ship it at my expense to a warehouse in Madrid, SPAIN. Not kidding. Do NOT buy anything from this company

Ordered the Adele linen shirt; nothing linen about-it was plain quilting cotton! Had several other items in my package, which were just ok. Wanted to return everything, but shipping back to Spain from the US is extremely expensive and is not covered by the seller.

They offered for me to keep the items and receive a partial credit, which I accepted as it was the less expensive alternative. I will donate the items.

100% a scam company. They will never send you anything nor issue a refund.

Placed an order about a month ago and never received tracking information. Emailed them three separate times about a week apart, and received a reply from Julia each time but she never followed up with the tracking. This is definitely a scam - DO NOT ORDER from them!!!

Purchased two “linen” ladies’ shirts, to the tune of $100+, from an Instagram link. They took a while to ship, which made me a bit nervous, but customer service responded quickly, and I was able to track the process. I had purchased from Instagram links before (Pact, Quince, Charles Tyrwhitt, Honeylove), and my experience was always good.
The shirts arrived today. They appear new, but massively overpriced. One of them is fine, but the other bears little resemblance with the picture. What bothers me most, though, is that they both came with no labels and no tags. More precisely, the neck tag, where the brand and size usually go, seems to have been cut. No way of knowing what the shirts are made of (linen? A cotton blend?), how to care for them, who made them, or where. Waiting on customer service to advise.
Update (6/11): Heard back from customer service. The issue of tagless merchandise was chalked up to tags perhaps having been “removed during production or packaging, as sometimes happens during final quality checks or when switching suppliers.” The shirts are definitely NOT linen, and especially one of them (the “Adele”) looks nothing like the add. I feel taken advantage of. Will not be purchasing from them again.
Update (6/14): Asked to return the items for a refund, but was offered the possibility to keep them and have something else sent “to make things right.” I had enough of their bot customer service “representative”, “Julia”. Disputed the charge with my cc company, giving them all the details; got a full refund in less than 24 h.

Shirt arrived and it was too small. Contacted their Customer Service and they sent me a larger size without any hassle. Shirt arrived, it fits and looks great. I will shop here again.

received my products after more than a month (after badgering them for some time), however - the products are VERY low quality and look nothing like the images on the website. Extremely cheap and shabby chinese made products. AVOID - not worth any amount of money!!!

I purchased 2 items from a Facebook link. I used the suggested sizing guide and ordered a size XXL even though I wear a size XL/L, XL for a more relaxed fit but I can wear a large no problem in most brands. These are Chinese sizing, I can barely zip the hoodie up. No customer contact, no phone number. My emails come back undelivered, I have to go through my credit card company now to resolve. Very dissapointing.
