if i could give zero stars, i would.
ordered the adele linen blouse.
blouse came. it’s not linen. i’m not sure WHAT fiber content it is because there’s not a single tag in the blouse. tags have been ripped out of the back collar, but remnants of tags remain.
blouse is absolutely not the same blouse as what’s in listing photos.
their social media says they’re based in the US. when i went to file my return, they said i had to pay return shipping TO SPAIN. no where on their website does it say ANYthing about having to ship internationally for returns.
they offered to give me a 25% refund instead of my returning the item. UHMMM, NO.
also, AFTER all of this, i did a reverse google search. the same blouse shows up on amazon — for $13.99. i paid nearly $70.
this company is the most sheisty, scammy, cruddy company i’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered the denim jacket in a Large. A very small jacket arrived. Contacting them, they told me to keep that one and they would send a "large." Many weeks later, the new one was probably a medium. Contacted them again and they told me the same thing. Many weeks later one arrived that fits pretty well. I like it. So, I got 3 jackets for the price of one. The smaller ones will be gifts. Their sizing model is screwed up, but they were very accommodating. Based on other reviews, I will not wash it.

most disgusting company ever. It says you can return your package with in 30 days. I opened it immediately and its was the wrong fit. I started a return, the policy says within 30 days. So I wrote them an email asking for a return label. They wrote back with a link, I miss read it and paid for a supposed trade. They actually said exchange for something else and you can keep the order you have. which was wrong. I said I don't want to keep order, they kept negotiating to give me 20% back, then 40% back, then 55% back on the item I wanted to return. They also are located in Madrid which is bullshit cause they are saying that I need to pay to ship back. this would have cost more than the item I purchased.
complete losers. I will blast bad reviews on their 15 emails the wrote me to try and not return my items. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LOSERS. they will be out of business soon.

Terrible. Ordered linen blazer which was absolute rubbish .. ( and expensive ) horrible colour , poorly made , raggedy button holes. Still waiting for the refund which they promise every week.

I lost between 1/3 and 1/2 of what I paid this company for a pullover shirt, due to its deceptive practices. The item took two months to arrive. Each time I queried customer service, I got a reply that it was “in transit.“ The item apparently was being shipped from Spain; there was no indication that this company wasn’t US-based at the time I placed the order. The garment had a strong chemical-like odor and the fabric tags had been deliberately removed. When I requested a return label and a refund, I was told I would need to pay the international shipping cost, which would’ve been exorbitant. Customer service kept replying with “offers” for a partial refund and nonsensical advice such as “why didn’t I try the item for myself?” before deciding, and that they would make “an exception” and give me a US address for a return. Eventually, I agreed to a 60% refund, since I could not locate whatever BBB might have jurisdiction over the company, which of course isn’t BBB-accredited to begin with but BBB can often be helpful anyway. There seems to be a consortium of clothing and other-product companies that lead the buyer to think they are based in the US when they really are based in China or another foreign country. Their products tend to be subpar and not as described online. It is getting to the point where I am hesitant to order anything from other than big-name US companies, such as L.L. Bean and major department stores.

Size too small and material was like paper - worth $5 not $80!

I ordered an XXL Billy Wilson Denim Jacket. The jacket sent by the company had an XL tag -- but the measurements on the jacket (22 inch sleeve, 17 inches across the shoulders) don't even align with the XS measurements on the company's website.

I've been communicating with the company and have asked for a full refund. They won't provide one because they say they have sent the right size -- even after seeing photos of the tag and the measurements.

They have offered to send me another item as long as I'll pay for shipping.

That feels like a scam to me. They are probably paying less for the items than they are for shipping -- so this is their way to generate a second shipping charge.

My suggestion: Buy nothing from them.

I ordered from this 'company' through an Instagram ad and after waiting for a very long time with no response, I cancelled the order but then I heard from them that the order was in my country (Canada). I then told them that I will not accept the order as I no longer need it. It was a lot of back/forth with 'Julia' who then sent me information to send the item back to 'Spain'. I opened the package and the quality was trash, tags cut out, nothing like the image on IG. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

I ordered a shirt which looked silky and gorgeous however what I got was a such a cheep looking worst quality shirt I've ever seen. This is absolutely a joke. I asked for a refund a half instead of sending them back as I don't wanna be bothered with this guys. The company kept saying they are processing a refund but the money hasn't arrived for a month. After 4 times of reminder nothing has happened yet. Avoid them if you don't wanna be fooled.

Got the light blue linen type zippered jacket. Ordered in USA wearing in UK as I visit family. Was skeptical because of reviews. I love it and have only received compliments.

I never received the item because I refused to accept it. For weeks, I've been promised a refund with flimsy excuses, which, of course, will never come. Furthermore, PayPal's buyer protection program has been actively circumvented: Apparently, they couldn't issue a refund while a dispute is open. PayPal isn't taking any action, despite having ample evidence.

The product descriptions ARE LIES.
The photography is MISREPRESENTATIVE.
The customer reviews ARE FAKE.
The products are LOW QUALITY.
The customer service is A JOKE.

My husband accidentally had 2 of the same blouse in his cart when he placed the order. He immediately tried to reach someone by phone to cancel. There's no phone number to speak with anyone. He then sent an email with no response. Both blouses showed up. They are very poor quality and don't look anything like the picture or the description. The day they were received, I sent a request for return. It took 3 emails going back and forth. They are willing to give a credit back to the credit card but, the return shipping is to Madrid, Spain! Do NOT buy from this company. As bad as buying cheap Chinese goods.

I placed a $300 order on 5/13/25. It is now 7/29/25 I have received nothing. I have lost trust in this company. I want my money back.

I don't know what size top I received as the size tag had been cut off and the size on the bag covered with a sticker. The buttons did not line up properly and top stitching was very sloppy. I cannot believe the high price for such an inferior item. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures online.

Scam company ordered a white linen shirt it came with no tag no size nothing tag was actually ripped out and I think shirt was a cheap cotton felt like cardboard

The communication, the ease in which to deal with a return and exchange, and the customer service people are the nicest I think I have dealt with in a long time.
