We lovely Hawley garden Centre it a wonderful combination of traditional and modern.
The new Aztec golf was so much fun and really well priced. We are excited for there future plans

Fantastic garden centre with great staff who care about their customers highly recommend a visit

Called in whilst in the area, bought two boxes of outdoor fairy lights. When I got home and opened them one box had been used, the wiring had been unwound and was then wrapped around the control unit. When I eventually undone the wiring the control had batteries in it. Obviously they have been used previously for display purposes, not very happy about that I would not expect them to have been used and then put back for customers to purchase. If I lived nearer I would have returned them, I don’t think this is acceptable, selling things to customers that you have already used, totally unacceptable and if I do go there again I will be sure to double check anything I buy!!

Had to accompany my dad back to Hawley Garden. Enter near Dartford after the mis sold the wrong ga bottle. My dad kindly asked if they could swap the bottle over, but the woman said sorry no refunds. My dad got high rated and a so called manager started laughing, which I found very disrespectful. We ended up having to buy an adaptor in the end but very unprofessional. Hope the manager reads this and sorts this out. They should of checked that the right bottle with the right adaptor was sold correctly

Advertises as dog friendly but when the weather is bad you have to sit outside the cafe to eat or drink in the cold or rain. Should be made clearer what areas dogs are actually allowed on their website.

Brilliant garden centre! Easy to use website, ordered a number of plants, got a call regarding delivery and plants arrived in excellent condition. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting the garden centre in person when time allows.
