HCI SWP Exceeded Expectations.
I was pleased to join the HCI Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) course this week. The content and tools provided will help us move our workforce into the future, meeting our strategic goals. Thanks to Cindi Koetzle for her leadership, candor, positivity, and support throughout the course. I recommend this course to anyone with a strong business strategy.

I paid $200 for the workshop and got no link or any communication from HCI to participate. Please refund my money.

I have never been disappointed by any of the courses or instructors with HCi. I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about taking the class. You will be with other great peers and a great instructor.

This course was very interactive and practical. The facilitator was very knowledgeable and involved. I would highly recommend to all those in HR and involved with applied studies, succession planning, and or any strategic planning.

This course was an eye-opener. If enable me to know what stakeholders need to have a seat at the table. This SWP course ensures that I need to ensure inventiveness when assessing organizational gaps. This SWP course will enhance my skills to ensure that our agency has the right number of people, in the right place, at the right time and the agility for the future in considering the long-term goals. Also, assessing the current employees on future performance and potential.

I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to take the HRBP course with the participants in my session along with an energetic and enthusiastic Facilitator who made it her personal mission to ensure that our co-created agenda was accomplished for our time together.

The Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) certification course was AWESOME! The instructor was very knowledgeable and helped facilitate a great class (her smile and the way she expressed the information really showed her passion for the work). The course could be at least a day longer to cover more of the information/activities. Overall, the class structure was well organized and allowed for break-out sessions for individual teams and a chance to brainstorm with people from different organizations. I would definitely recommend this course!

Excellent course! Joelle was an excellent facilitator - very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

Just completed the Strategic Workforce Planning Certification Class. I felt the class was good overall, and provided a lot of great information. However, I felt the material would have been better spread out over another day or so. I think it was a little rushed, and there was some sections that were more detailed and required more attention than others. I also think we could have used more samples to work with, vs. always using our own organization's information. I think it would have provided a better foundation for our learning and provided clear examples, vs. us having to try and figure a lot of things out, when this is our first time going through the material.

The facilitator was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, patient and kept excellent time. The content was so rich, however, that it probably needed more time than the allotted two days to do it justice. And some of that time might be spent working through some of the concepts in workshop mode. But make no mistake, I'd certainly recommend this program!

Meghan is the best online instructor I have ever had. She was able to maintain our focus and engagement the entire time. Very impressed. The course was succinct, impactful, collaborative, and effective.

Recommend addition training days for an audience with limited knowledge/experience.

I've taken 3 virtual certification classes with HCI, the lessons/training/virtual platform/instructors are all great. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that from a federal government organization with strict regulations, policies, and standardized pay/benefits/entitlements the instructors lack of knowledge of government employment and how to correlate industry standards to government standards. It makes it rather difficult to translate some of the training into government structures. Only other minor statement would be that certain terms in industry business are used in government service however in government they have different meanings/functions...as an example. The term "Role" in the training I just completed, the instructor and the class had a disconnect because the use of that term in government is different and made it very confusing to align.

I liked the course it was very useful to know the majors components of SWP.

The facilitator knew her stuff. I am a person who needs time to take in concepts so it was a bit hard for me to follow sometimes. I wish there was more time or maybe a cheat sheet of terms we should become familiar with before starting the class. Some persons did not have any issues grasping the concepts so it was more a personal issue. The breakout sessions were a good format. I enjoyed those.
