Wonderful overview of the strategic workplace planning process with several practical insights for when to plan for roles versus people. Meghan Hargrave was a polished instructor and provided clear answers to questions posed by our cohort.

The course was a little too condensed for the amount of information. I do think maybe three (3) days would have been better; would help with pacing of the material and more time to think/ discuss wrt the exercises etc.

I just completed the Strategic HRBP course through HCI and couldn't be more pleased with the course. So many HR professionals discuss the need to be more strategic without ever detailing what that actually means. This course broke it out into very clear sections so that even the most experienced HR professional can clearly identify ways to grow and improve. I recommend this course to anyone that wants to develop into a more strategic HR business partner.

Great course on people analytics. Good instructor, positive environment, ample breakout sessions to discuss within teams.

Expected more hands on experience in determine the statistical values to support out analysis.

It was a good course but some of what I was told to prepare for the course was never used. I was looking for more ideas in Talent Acquisition.

Wonderful conference. A couple of the sessions felt slightly outdated, but for the most part, the content was timely, applicable, and very helpful. Will definitely participate in more.

Great facilitator, but content a little bit too generic and dated. Way too much content to cover and should focus on today's required skills for HRBPs. Not worth the price for experienced professional, but might be good for more junior professionals.

I loved all the presenters and enjoyed the presentations, however, after dropping into one of the colleague cafe's I was disconnected and could no longer access the session. I initiated a chat to seek assistance and was provided a link to the live broadcast, where I could only "view" the presentation. I lost the ability to engage in the chat with other attendees and the moderator. I was a bit disappointed because at this point, I felt like I was just watching a video. Hopefully the next session in the series will be better.

The content was very interesting and useful. I liked that it is very applicable and it was interactive. The trainer facilitated well, was clear and knowledgeable. Interaction with peers from other companies was extremely inspiring.

I felt the format could have been adjusted better for virtual delivery and two days of 8 hours on Zoom is not a good format for proper absorption.

I am the Founder of a small People Analytics Company and just in the final days before COVID-19 on March 2020, we paid HCI for a booth in one of their HR conferences. COVID hit and like everything else in this world, the conference was canceled. We were assured that once things are back to normal, we would be given an opportunity to opt for another conference. It has been more than 1 year since HCI started the virtual conference but we never heard from them. When followed, we received delayed or no response on multiple occasions. It is now my accountability to recover the cost from HCI and they won't budge. They did not even care to follow up on how we have been doing during the pandemic as they got their money. You don't expect this kind of behavior from a professional organization like HCI. I would not recommend HCI if you are a small start-up with a tight marketing budget. A total waste of money.

Very interactive, adapting to the needs of the participants as the workshop was delivered. The workshop allowed me to have clarity on how to start and what my next step is. Very helpful

I would really appreciate if the PowerPoint slides can be shared in advance before the class.

I know I can trust HCI!

HCI is one of the top partners I know I can always rely on. I love their webinars not only because of the content but the enthusiasm and energy of the presenters and attendees. The webinar world is very saturated but with HCI, I never feel as if I've wasted time or money.

Content covered was comprehensive and I will certainly be able to apply to my work very quickly. In addition, Meghan Hargrave is a wonderful facilitator. Not only did she weave in additional knowledge to the content and make it even richer, she created an engaging environment for all attendees, sometimes hard to accomplish with a virtual experience. My only thought was that we might have needed a bit more time to cover some of the content. I am recommending this course to others on my team.
