The first of this year's virtual conference was a great tool for continuing to build my knowledge base is strategic workforce planning. The information shared was both conceptual and actionable. Well worth the time. I would highly recommend the HCI virtual conferences.

Very good course and Mark Hacker was an excellent facilitator!

The start time of 7am was very early and this was exceptionally hard for day 2 of the program. I really enjoyed the content and resources provided, but it was hard to stay focused. If these two days were a week apart, I think it would be cool to start laying the ground work and observing the environment in between the two sessions.

The new and improved program is very strong. The framework is practical and insightful. I would encourage participants to have their program or idea ready to plug in ideas and suggestions in real time

Mark was an excellent instructor!! He made the material informative and entertaining. This course is one that you'll take new skills and perspective back to apply to your business. Highly recommend.

The STA from 2017 was used opposed to the curriculum from 2021. There was a whole host of information in the new curriculum that wasn't discussed or taught.

The instructor was very engaging, helped facilitate clear and useful topics of conversation and helped teach us versus lecturing us on the topics in the certification.

Loved the content and how our learning facilitator Cindi took us through it. Definitely developed a deep interest in the topic which I am now going to pursue.

Overall the program was informative and the facilitator was engaging kept the class engaged. Some data provided was outdated which I felt in our current environment having recent data at least past years with covid would have been more relevant. The pre-work was also included in the registration confirmation which I didn't realize and put me at a disadvantage in being prepared for day one. This would be better provided separately as a follow-up to the registration confirmation.

Professor wasn't great for the cost of the course.

This was a great conference! I enjoyed the wealth of information as well as the time to virtually network and connect with other professionals. It was easy to join, chat, and take the polls and jump between the presentations and zoom meetings.

Fantastic content and I loved how the topics were navigated by building on each other. I learned a great deal! I appreciated the opportunity to learn best practices from a facilitator that was a wealth of knowledge and learning from attendees during breakouts was phenomenal. I did wonder if classes could be a bit larger to maximize learning from others. Another improvement request is for the slides to get a makeover as the content was a bit fuzzy about 50% of the time. Overall, excellent experience and I would recommend to others!

I was very nervous about a 3 full days of virtual training, but Karen made this Strategic HR Business Partner very easy to follow along. The information provided was at just the right pace to digest. Very well done!

Great resources and content to continue and further my knowledge in Human Resources! Highly recommend their education programs. They offer both free and paid education.
