I'll wait on my phone for 26 minutes for somebody to help me reset my password 26 minutes and all the money that they get from my insurance company you would think they would be more considerate

I waited 26 minutes for customer service to help me reset my password and no one answered so I just hung up they get good money for my insurance company and you think they'll be more considerate for a customer I'm very disappointed with them

I didn't think it could get any worse…

I didn't think it could get any worse but SURPRISE, they outdid themselves. Now you have to register with HealthSafe to be able to get in. They either text or call you to give you verification numbers. But when you try to switch to text to get the number, then switch back to put in the verification code, it goes back to log-in. With phone you have to push # if you asked for the call, which means you have to pull up the keypad. When you go back to the app, it goes back to log in. So you are in this never-ending loop and can NEVER get into the app.
I really wish I could leave a review with minus 10 stars not only with these issues but because part of the app was unusable before this.

It is a scam

It is a scam. I felt so bad working there everything always out of stock when trying to place an order for members. The app never works, with all the money they make you'd think they'd invest in an app that works. The poor members have so many problems with the cards so they call to order and nothing is in stock. When have you ever known Walmart or Amazon to be out of stock? United Healthgroup Healthy Benefits is a scam. They don't care. Everyday out of stock. No telling how many thousands they get with you medicare/medical while offering pennies to members. Very over priced items like isopropyl alcohol $6.50. You could get that at the dollar store. They treat their employees horribly too. Racist managers that need training. They're all full of it. Hard to work there with a good conscious. They need to be sued with a class action.

HORRIBLE!This is why United Healthcare…

This is why United Healthcare Advantage. deserves horrible ratings. They replaced their OTC free supplies program with Healthybenefitsplus through Walmart and it isn't worth the time to try to order anything. Took 30 min. to find anything I wanted because twice the site appeared to have it in stock and not until checkout did it say out of stock. It is ALWAYS this way and BS for them to say things sell out fast. The search is ridiculous. It rarely finds anything so you have to scroll through all their products and skim until you find something you want.

What happened to our products

What happened to our products? I've used this serviced for several years and it has been a blessing because I can't afford the OTC meds it DID provide up until the beginning of this year. Idk what I'm going to do. Customer service only sends an auto email saying they received my inquiry and will fix it in a cpl days. Logging in is a nightmare as well. Why offer this if it is utterly useless?

This is the most inconvienient way to pay utilities that I have ever seen
I was able to register one of my utilities and was told it was processed. Today I get an emaol and am told it was not processed. My electric bill i was not able to register because I do not have the physical address. I always pay my bills online, i don't need a physical address. Give me a damn debit card so I can pay my bills without having to go through a human. How many times are they going to get an account #screwed up? This is completely unnessacarry. To gwt a human on the phone is like pulling teeth. 5 thumbs dowm.

WellCare started using this in 2024

WellCare started using this in 2024. Everything worked perfectly , other than when redeeming for purchases at Walmart and Walgreens. Some items that would seem OK were rejected such as medicated shampoo. At Walmart , tried buying 2 of an item and only one of them was accepted. Strange!

Now , at the start of 2025 , attempting to log in on the web site now requires a phone verification via a code being called to your number. The voice used does not enunciate that well making the code hard to hear. Get it wrong 3 times and you are unable to try again for a period of time. Tried the Quick Balance Check and after entering the card number , security number , and ZIP , the site gives an error. Message sent to CS , but from other reports here , won't get my hope up.

You would think that this company would…

You would think that this company would hire a new developer to rework the app so that it wasn't always blocking their customers from using it. Same problem, can't sign in. and the problem has gotten worse. This has been addressed multiple times over the last few years. I have deleted and reinstalled this app it too many times to count, Always with restarting of the phone first, The only solution they offer by the way. Now I just list everything I have done before they respond. Yet they have sometimes ignored reading any of that and tell me the same thing. This latest problem. Will not except my fingerprint, insists I use auto save which says it is wrong I can sometimes type it in but that is hit or miss, It almost never locks in. If I'm lucky it saves it but needs to send me a text. Great The area to type the code, to confirm your number? Yeah does not highlight. And you can't retrieve the code if you get it because the app throws you off and you have to start again.

Healthy Benefits is a Scam

I tried numerous times to purchase "Approved" groceries at a variety of retailers that supposedly accept the card. Everytime I try using it is is declined. I tried buying bottled water, I tried buying foods that are on the approved list. I tried buying even medicine in the store all declined. Obviously this is a big scam to try to get people to sign up for Medicare plans with promises of receiving this to help with everyday costs. We need to start a class action lawsuit to straighten out these scammy Healthy Benefits bullcrap.

100% Humana REGRET.

The app sucks. I was using the Android app on Samsung Galaxy Ultra S22 and now S24. Been dealing with problems for over a year. Will not let me use bio thumbprint function, the user/pass data entry is so sensitive it EASILY resets for seemingly no reason, and when I do manage to get past that screen, it throws up a code challenge, demands I enter a texted code from them, but when I go to enter it, that screen vanishes and I'm taken back to the User/Pass screen to fight that again. If you happen to make it into the app, the product scanner will tell you an item is qualified for purchase, but when you check out, the item is denied - this happens about 50% of the time. I regret Humana, wish I'd stayed with my old plan.

I was placing my monthly order and was told I owe $22.40 and I paid then the charges started over 1400.00 dollars worth ,when I called the company I got the run around,there is no reason for me paying that money other toget my info beware of the spendable card, I was scammed.

Frustration

Not all items listed can be purchased using allotted money given.
After choosing items and checking out, a message is given that one or more items will have to be paid for by another method, but it doesn’t tell you which ones.
I feel items listed in the categories should all be able to be purchased using the allotted money in the accounts.
I do not like how this is set up.
Very misleading in letting us believe all items can be purchased from the menu/catagories shown.

Online uhc catalog is unuseable.

The search bar only allows lookup by product number or catalog number...THERE IS NO KEYWORD OR PRODUCT NAME SEARCH AVAILABLE!!!

NONE of the numbers from the product containers returned results FOR PRODUCTS ORIGINALLY PUR HASED FROM THE UHC CATALOG!!!

Healthy Benefits that is under Care…

Healthy Benefits that is under Care Plus is stealing money in different ways to members. They stole $74.67 from my account. It was a purchase on Walmart in California and I live in Orlando, Florida. I contact Care Plus customer service and they said they are not responsible for that Scam.
