No customer service to help with the…Fraudenlant theives

No customer service to help with the countless issues. I think they are skimming the money from the Eligible people and there are many ways they can disburse our money to those that are undeserving. They stole a whole month of credits in May and I couldn't get help so I let it go. Since then I haven't been able to order from them so I use Wal-Mart. Each time they say I have exceeded my available credits. This month they skimmed 55.00. It's time everyone starts reporting this illegal behavior.

WORST CARD AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!! I am disabled and 31 years old so I have this card that is supposed to help me pay for groceries as well as other things. Unfortunately, THIS CARD IS USELESS TO PEOPLE WHO CAN'T DRIVE DUE TO A DISABILITY! I have called them soooooo many times, some in which they hung up on me, to tell them I cannot drive so I cannot go to a physical location and I do all my shopping online. They are liars saying on the website/app you can buy online because you can't! I `tried buying health products from Walmart online only to find out my order was immediately cancelled by Healthy Benefits even though health products is something they said I can buy. I called yesterday asking why I cant buy online and a guy named Brian said "With this card you can't make online purchases" than why does the stupid website say you can buy online! This card is useless to me!

Watch out ....

Watch out ..... somebody at this company is sending out phishing emails. Delete immediately! My SPAM filter catches them, yours may not. Be warned.

I can't even get registered

I can't even get registered. Been trying for over One & a half hours Made a call to customer service, she talked down at me NOT to me
She really pissed me off . Told her I wasn't born last night then told her that just forget it an hung up on her
I think I made a mistake about changing my Ins carrier .

I gave it one star because I can't give it no stars or negative stars.
This company and Wellcare and this spendables card and the associated mobile and other online apps ARE THE WORST!!!
The app actually worked for about a month or 2 at the start of the insurance period and hasn't worked since.
It is true, like some of the other reviews have stated, that the card is restrictive and can only be used with certain vendors or third parties. I suspect that the online vendors that they advertise for are probably profiting from the Spendables provider for marketing and forcing clients to purchase only those products. That's not a horrible awful thing to do except the prices for those products are way higher than average market costs and to be perfectly honest the products offered are junk foods and garbage!
My REAL problem is with the broken app and the fact that it's been unusable for over 6 months!!! I can't find out what I have available nor what transaction history I have so I can figure it out for myself! This is government subsidized money for me to use but I'm afraid to use it because the third party management wont tell me how much I have available. And if I do use it and over draw, who pays the penalties? the government? That to me sounds highly suspect and like it might be illegal! what are they doing with that designated government funding? where is it going when I can't get to it or figure out how to use it?
I'm contacting the local social services Medicaid office to investigate.

If I could give this company minus…

If I could give this company minus stars, I would. They can’t repair their own bookkeeping issues. My husband has a 05 cent balance since United Healthcare has begun using them. Their customer service is a joke. Some people just hang up on you. Hopefully United Healthcare goes back to OTC in the next calendar year.

Healthy benefits, one sick app

Hey!
If you love glitchy apps, this is IT!
Randomly closes as you are browsing, and unlike what their phone CSAs suggest, no, it isn't a connectivity issue.
Checkout fails repeatedly ....
Transaction history fails to agree on dates with order history.....
Check it out! But don't expect to be able to shop and then checkout 🙄👹

Site absolutely inconsistent, hard to navigate, designed for maximum head scratching. On checkout page, upper right shows a remaining OTC benefit balance of $6.82, 3 items in the cart. Summary below shows NO charges, no items ordered. (this site won’t allow screenshots as proof). Order summary page had my wife’s phone number for mine; went into PROFILE to change it… no phone field shows. Scroll through product and it shows a product number ( often 800000-something) . Go to checkout, totally different with alpha and numeric codes. Kudos to the guy who got paid to design this Twilight Zone disaster.

United Healthcare UCard is total fraud - if your total runs over you have to reduce so that United Healthcare Benefits , they lured people. Customer Service is awful no one really knows if Bathroom Aid you ordered and does not fit if you can return or not spent over 45 minutes on call at the end Ray stated I will enquire and send you an email.

I have UnitedHealth/ healthy benefits…

I have UnitedHealth/ healthy benefits plus , I have so many disappointing factors with this gimmick card not to mention how awful the store clerks treat you when using the card it is always embarrassing using the card like your being mock for the errors the card system has is your fault or the cashier is not trained or its a problem to their job to used the card. My question is how is the the card beneficial to me if it's limited to what items I purchased with like body soap toliet paper, washing powder, and even pet food with it , how much over the counter can one buy in a time limit month, this is a complete scam that UnitedHealth cons you into just for the purpose of the insurance industry. Using the card is the most degrading humility experience that you can put yourself through every month . I can not get a answer to why aren't I able to receive the visa card instead of the healthy benefits plus card

Error message at checkout

Error message at checkout, *Bad Data when I entered my home address, where I receive shipments all the time. When I tried to contact them, the response was essentially 'we're sorry you encountered difficulty' with no effort to resolve or initiate a dialogue.

Placed my order and no tracking at all

Placed my order and no tracking at all. Didn't even know it was shipped. Says the order was delivered, not sure where it went though, was not my house. No way to dispute it. At least when it went through Walmart you had a tracking number and shipping notice. What a rip-off!

Website update made it worse!

Every time I try to place an order online, which goes thru Walmart, when I go to check out half is "out-of-stock" so I go thru and save them for later. Then when I have to update my cart they ask for another payment method when I clearly have the $ on my S3 account. The "website update" is not, it is a horrible site. Those who depend on home delivery are being let down badly.

Website not working

I placed a order this morning and it took the money off my ucard but the order wasn't created I spent 1 and a half hours waiting on the phone to speak with a representative...still no resolution....was promised a call back still no call I would like the money put back on my ucard it took off

United Health's Online OTC is a Rip Off! Shop Walmart (or CVS, Walgreens, etc.) Instead!

United Health use to use Walmart for online OTC purchases using the UCard which allowed for purchases greater than the amount United Health allocated ($70 for 2023 per quarter but reduced to $40 for 2024 per quarter). Unfortunately, I COULD NOT spend more than what is allocated since Healthy Benefits Plus has no mechanism to pay extra. Also, since taxes are collected, items that are close to $40, such as the Omron Blood Pressure Monitor for $39.99, can't be purchased. So, in Indiana with a sales tax rate of 7%, you can't have a total purchase of items over $37.38 before tax.

Since the online OTC purchases are fulfilled by Amazon, shouldn't there be way to pay the extra amount? Perhaps the best solution is to bypass Amazon altogether and use the UCARD at Walmart.

So many things are wrong...

There has got to be a way to take these people to court to hold them liable for their dishonesty, lack of transparency and lack of accountability. This company and United Healthcare are partnered up to provide products for senior citizens with United Healthcare Medicare supplemental insurance. It's impossible to know what you're getting or what you're paying for when you use their online catalogue to purchase over-the-counter medical products like bandaids, eye drops, vitamins, etc.
It would take well over 1,000 words to elaborate on the problems with this company, but I'd be thrilled to join a class action lawsuit!
