Terrible customer service and they hang up on u all the time n make excuses for everything so they don't have to do there job n give good customer service. I got a award Giftcard n it doesn't work right n they don't care to fix it. I miss the old company united health care had.
Very Poor Card and Worse Customer Service
They don't even deserve 1 star.
While I found the S3 benefit card "clunky" and inaccurate in 2023, now in 2024 it is an absolute disaster and the company knows it, but they did to seem to care. As I pointed out problems, they rep. knew it but acted like they were no big deal. I was informed "The Android mobile app is not accurate". According to the rep. some of the items in their OTC catalog Do NOT qualify for OTC benefit, HUH???

Totally a scam. 3 years running NEVER received a "healthy benefits plus" card. 11 complaint calls results in promised "replacement(s)" that never show up. Each new card promise is followed by an email exclaiming that the benefits can be used "in two hours" on the "healthy benefits Plus app". However, the app immediately requires you to enter the card number (The card I never received). Humana deceitfully advertises the $1500 flex card to entice new suckers into signing up for Humana "advantage" plan.

I can’t order because it’s 35 and nothing is available to get so is this a way of saying we are getting something for nothing or nothing at all because why cap how much you can use it doesn’t make any sense is it to make us pay now because my benefits also dropped I wish they would just have things that’s not in stock to get a red mark so we don’t waste time trying to shop on this app that is made to fail please update it your messing with unhealthy people and I can see seniors will get a hard time with this and won’t say anything and move on but is it waste of credits.
Totally unusable app
Totally unusable app. During checkout, was told one of my items was out of stock but did not say which one. Purchase MUST be between exactly $35 & $40 or not allowed. Option was not given to create alternative payment method, even though that was mentioned in the initial instructions. Just lost 1.5 hours that I'll never get back, and for no purpose. Embarrassing piece of technology.

I submitted to request a new password; the app failed.
This apps has a lot of issues.
1) Unable to logon - 1time
2) Unable to scan eligible products before buying
(important). Most customers don't want to scan the
products ending not eligible.
3) Unable to register
4) Very unfriendly apps (very confusing)
5) Unable to install apps on my PC - windows 10

I ordered on line and got the wrong item but the same manufacturer , it has been 3 months and didn’t receive the correct item or credit for this purchase , and today they told me that they are not going to replace it . Very bad service , DO NOT order from them , Healthy Benefits Plus is bad news , I am filing a complaint , they just ripped me off.
This is the worst experience ever
This is the worst experience ever! I was having trouble logging in so I called for help not once, twice, but many more! I kept getting temporary passwords that couldn't be used by myself or them. I was on the phone for up to 2-3 hrs at a time and nothing got solved. I filed a complaint and because I was upset, I was accused of yelling... by arrogant, self-centered, egomaniacs who have their heads up their butts.
Poor customer interface
Placed an online order that was not delivered. Customer service said that the package was in transit and I had to wait 2 more days before they could help me by restoring my account. When it did not arrive, I called again and was told that it is in transit and I just have to wait, they do not have any ability to locate the package or refund money to my account.

I would not recommend using this if your order is lost by FedX you will have to jump through all kinds of hoops to get your order, they will not refund you but will need to place another order and you will have to make several phone calls to get this. I will just use Walmart or CVS from now on!

In March I ordered a safety bar for my bathtub. It still is on backorder so my whole benefit is tied up. It will expire in June. They wont cancel it. I had to get a bar installed. Why not just cancel and let me use my benefits which I need badly.

Rude customer service disappeared while not answering my question. Too many out of stock products. Walmart was very good when UHC use it hope they can return.
