Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Nevermind that the order was completely wrong, they ignored the message and and we couldn’t get hold of them at all. Ignorant, unhygienic, careless. DO NOT order from their website - use eBay. At least on eBay you can open a dispute.

We have hundreds, thousand orders and most people are happy as we are always trying to solve any issue. Its so sad people frefer write feedback only when they have bad experiences.
We never ignoring customers!
Sent me the wrong thing. No customer service whatsoever.
I ordered two different items at once. Although one was correct, the other supplement they sent me was completely different from what I paid for. I emailed them about this, two months later and still no response. Highly wouldn't recommend. There's so many better options.

best vitamins
Well, I'm very surprised!!! Got home this afternoon and there, in my postbox were the vitamins I ordered.. I opted for the free delivery which was estimated at 3-5 days but my order arrived the next day (less than 24 hours after I had ordered it).
Conveniently packaged to fit through the letter box which makes life easier & packaging makes them easier to pack when I'm working away & I've already figured out they're going to be easier to take on holiday too!
I will be getting all my supplements from here in future. Their prices are very competitive & their service is first class.
