Anchors did not fit my Phonak speaker…
Anchors did not fit my Phonak speaker wire. The hole in the anchor cable through which the speaker wire must go was far too big, with the result that the anchor simply floats around.
This result was sad as the advertisement states specifically that the anchors work with Phonak hearing aids.

Hi John, we're sorry to hear your anchors you ordered did not fit. Anchors/ear hooks are all different sizes. Each person has a different size according to their hearing aid receivers. Your audiologist may be able to help you find out which size you need, and we can offer support to help ensure you can order the correct size. Ordered these after finding out i would have to make an appointment at hospital to replenish my free supplies. Great price and excellent service released i had ordered wrong size after placing order but a quick chat online and the order was amended

1 st class service
1 st class service, I sent an email to advise that my delivery was overdue, the company checked with Royal Mail who could not provide any tracking information so Hearing Aid Accessories sent a repeat order same day by 1st class post which arrived the next day, all at no extra cost to me.
My thanks to Joy in Customer Services who handled this very professionally,
I would not hesitate to use the company for my next order.
