The seller refused to provide a tracking number, despite its availability.

I wasn't sure how the coronavirus would affect international shipping (from the UK to the US), but this arrived at the very beginning of the estimated delivery date range. The box was tightly wrapped, and the factory-wrapped COM-DEX box inside was securely cushioned. The device is as-advertised.
