I accidently bought two send one back in June 25 got acknowledgement they got them back and several emails still no refund.You can threaten them with small claims court etc still take no notice. Re pair kept a load of rubbish it would appear by their replies they get a lot back. In summary DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. D Catterall

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! You have been warned !!!!! I have been waiting since July 2025 , we are now in November and have still not received my refund , constantly fobbed off with they are backed up in the finance dept and refunds taking a lot longer , totally BS , they are just hoping people will give up and they get to keep said items and the money you paid .

I failed to get a refund as I found no improvement in my hearing using the aid. My Mum did like them but one fell apart within a few months. I am now been asked to be patient while they look into the delay in despatching a replacement. Don't think I will get the replacement.

Ii have waited nearly six months for a refund I returned the aid as it was no good don’t order any aid
There are also other aids advertising under another name I bet it’s the same company

I bought from hear Mel bought the blue tooth ones,couldn’t get them in my ears,contacted them and got an address to send them back,they sat at customs from June,and yesterday I received them back saying they were unclaimed have tried contacting them several times my email always comes back undelivered.please everyone please checks adds like these out before ordering scammers

Hearing aids supplied were faulty so a return was requested which involved returning to China an alternative of replacement was offered but after 2 months no sign of replacements and a load of waffle from customer service who agreed to refund money...........no refund after another 2 weeks.

Received the hearing aids they were the wrong colour uncomfortable and didn’t work properly. Sent them back on 10/06/2025 to China by Royal Mail tracking. Today 02/10/2025 they have been returned to me. My complaint via emails have fallen on deaf ears.

The hearing aids are useless. They originate from China and have to be returned there for a refund, which is costly. Customer service (Elena) appears efficient initially but after numerous exchanges it becomes clear that it is AI, unless Elena works 24/7, 7 days a week! Leave well alone.

I have been waiting since June for my refund from this company, and have e mailed numerous times after paying £26 to return goods and all I have had is excuse after excuse

SCAM!!! So not use this company. Yes they may send you hearing aids that will not fit, and then they ask you to send back for a refund. You will end up paying a small fortune to post back to China and will never receive a refund. Elena (ai) will reply saying its being looked into but you will not be refunded. Please do not let them scam you like myself.

I ordered these hearing aids which arrived at the end of July, they whistled constantly, returned these to China on 6th August, still waiting for my refund.

And I purchased a pair of £150 hearing aids unfortunately I couldn’t get the to work as they suggested so under guarantee I returned as it said a full refund will be given on return of these hearing aids to I have proof of return & now it’s coming up to nearly 3 months & still no monies have been received even though I returned via tracking, so anyone else purchasing that needs to return them be warned you probably won’t receive your refund as these are scammers , full stop

I ordered a pair of Clarity Pro, in-ear Hearing Aids at the end of May 2025. When the aids arrived, I found them unsatisfactory but, rather than request a refund immediately, I asked whether they could supply 'open' domes (which I have become accustomed to with my NHS 'behind the ear' aids). Eventually, I was offered open domes - but these never arrived.
I then asked for a refund - only to be told that for a full refund, I'd have to return the aids to China - even though this is supposedly a UK company! The return postage costs were exorbitant and, after complaining to their 'support' department, I received an increased offer (from 25%) to 40% of the purchase cost - and I could keep the useless hearing aids!!
I eventually accepted their 40% refund offer - but then heard nothing!
Despite numerous emails, the company has only offered platitudes, excuses and promises of payment 'as soon as possible'.
This is totally unacceptable and I would advise EVERYONE to avoid this company like the plague.
If I could give a '0' score, I would.

Stay well away from this company just a set of scammers the hearing aids don't work just constant hiss and i have been trying for four months now and just get excuses i think I will never get a refund so I have lost my money please do not trust or purchase from them.

Still waiting for my £69 refund from April. Total scammers and rip off merchants. Please stay clear if you want to protect your money and sanity😱

If it was possible I'd make it minus stars. Like so many others these are useless. No refund although 40% promised. I have been in touch with Rip off Britain as a last resort.

I would give it no stars if that’s possible, it is a total SCAM. I bought these in January. I couldn’t where them from day one because of a high pitched sound that nearly burst my eardrum. They offered a partial refund, I refused and asked for a full refund, that took months for them to agree. As of today I have still not received my refund and their email address does not exist any longer. If anyone sees a new site let me know. If anyone knows how we can get them to pay up (legally) please let us know.

Inadvertently ordered and received two hearing aids They partial refund offered and i reluctantly accepted the offer
Months have passed with replies to emails but no refund
Hearing aids work but not nearly the same quality conventional behind ear aids
Wish I’d looked at trustpilot before buying

Would give a minus rating as this company is so bad. Hearing aids are really poor quality and when asking to return for a refund you have to ship them at your cost to china so would end up hardly getting any money back So accepted partial refund which isn’t good enough really. That was two months ago, keep getting told by Helena that they are very busy with refunds, I bet. Avoid at all cost
