We will listen carefully to what you and your family want and offer a complete choice and flexibility in your arrangements. #4. Throughout, we’ll keep you fully informed of exactly what you can expect from us. All our documentation will be written in plain language and our estimate will outline charges in a fair and straightforward way. #5. We know our service can only be as good as the people who look after you and your family. That is why we continually invest in our people to provide a professional, respectful service. Dealing with Jo and Joy in Hinckley was a real help to us!
Dealing with Jo and Joy in Hinckley took a lot of the stress and pain out of a particularly bad year for us.
We had to use Heart of England Coop twice last year and was really glad that they were there!

Highly recommended your service
Excellent service from beginning to end. Gave us plenty of time, nothing was to much trouble. We visited several times, each time compassion showed the whole process was filled with dignity and compassion which greatly help during a extremely difficult time for our family.

The team have been excellent
The team have been excellent, particularly Coral. You made it very stress free for me and I feel like my husband had a perfect send off for him. I was very much put at ease from the start and there was no feeling of being rushed about decisions. They were extremely professional on the day and they have kept me informed of everything with phone calls and emails to let me know important information. Just fantastic.

making passing away easier
I found the staff in the Brackley Office very helpful and understanding and nothing was too much trouble. We have yet to scatter the ashes and they are helping us to sort this out.

Utmost respect
We are so pleased we chose Heart of England Co-op Nuneaton for the funeral of our dear Dad. We contacted them as our Dad had passed away at home, and right from the start they treated Dad and our family with the utmost respect. Ryan helped us arrange the funeral just as we wanted and on the day of the funeral everything was perfect.
