Heaterlux is marketed as a scam
Well, Heaterlux, this time you are burning your fingers. I do not know your other products, but you are marketing a scam, a fraud, named Heaterlux, which at an exorbitant price promises people "cheaper heating up" via indirectly alluding to that this "Heaterlux" will heat up any room in minutes.
It creates for the common man, a false impression that you get more out of your device than you would from ANY other heater.
They market themselves with 99.8% efficiency. As if that is special? All energy in a heater, likely in the vicinity of 99.8% - is converted into heat.
Therefore it is lying and fake. A HeaterLux, for instance if it is consuming 2,000 Watt - would heat no faster than any other heater at 2,000 Watt. Let us just say that the Heaterlux is 99.8% efficient, and let us hypothetically say that another traditional fan-heater (or even a hair-dryer) of 2,000 Watt, is only 95% efficient. Then we would have a gap of, say, 4.8%-points. That is - the normal heater would, at a rate of 2,000 Watt, and a certain given room, heat up the room in, say, 2 hours (this is also depending on the degree of insulation of the room, and the size and which things are in that room). IF this is so, that a normal heater would heat up that room to a temperture of X degrees of Celsius, at an efficiency of 95%, then Heaterlux would do it in 2 / (99.8/95.0) = 1.9 hours, not 1 minute.
Therefore, it is an objective and unacceptable fraud portrayed by your sales of this product in this way. Please withdraw within 7 days, or I will personally take the matter into the hands of our consumer protection authority and if you continue selling like this, I will take it to the consumer protection office in EU, as it is a severe scam you are doing.
If you really could "heat any room in 1 minute" - your exorbitant price could be defended. But, your "Heaterlux" is at best at par with any other heater. So, you are scamming people.
