No goods, no communication. Very poor.
Ordered on the 29th for stock which was claimed to be arriving on the 30th.
4 days later it has supposedly been despatched. 2 working days with the courier still expecting the parcel.
There’s been zero communication other than an order confirmation. I’m starting to feel this is a fraudulent website regardless of the positive reviews on here.
Far from pleased.

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused.
Unfortunately, our shipment was held in customs for several days due to circumstances beyond our control. This had a significant impact on our distribution and dispatch schedule.
Once the stock was released, we then experienced further delays with DX Express. We dispatched more than 400 air conditioning units, which created capacity issues at our local DX depot in Ipswich. As a result, the depot was unable to move all of the units to the national sorting hub as quickly as planned.
The good news is that all units have now been scanned into the DX network and should have been delivered yesterday or today.
We fully appreciate how frustrating this delay has been and are very sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve these issues.

An easy shopping experience
Easy to locate the item I needed, no hassle going through the checkout and payment options. When buying my original chosen item, the relevant filter that I knew I needed was a suggested item on the same page, made my shopping experience significantly easier. Pricing was very competitive too.

Poor customer service
Easy to order prompt delivery, then it goes down hill . I had a problem with instant hot water tap boiler . It was only 13 months old and had a 2 year warranty. They wouldn’t repair or replace it and said I didn’t have a receipt for the filter changes . I sent a photo of the filters with a date of change on but they refused to accept it . So I wouldn’t purchase another product from this company

No messing
No messing, good advice, easy to pay using the payment email they send you. Yet to have the product delivered but the sales man apologised in advance for not being able to deliver on Monday ( the order was placed on Friday afternoon at 4 pm) . Tuesdays fine.
