Easy to order. I will let you know if it works when it arrives.
Heatoor's have arrived, but they don't plug into a New Zealand socket. Have to get an adaptor. Also, the cord is too short.

product is for a small space and is quit load when running.

no way it can keep up with the size room it says it can manage when ordering.

The product burst into flames.

I don't know what my experience is until it gets resolved. The product burst into flames and I hope they give me my money back.

Questionable Quality and Terrible Customer Service

I purchased two Heatoors on a .CA site. I was charged in USA Funds. That was the first red flag!
When they came they worked ok for a week or so, then the heater fans screamed on cold start up, first the one, then shortly after the second one I purchased.
I contacted the support team via email after the first failed and they wanted a video. I sent it. Then they wanted to verify my address. Now they had shipped me two, so they damn well knew my address. They agreed to send replacement. Next the second unit failed. Same issue noisey heater fan cold. Same song and dance.
I received the first replacement and seems ok so far. I inquired if they were sure they had sent me two? Yes was the answer. 26 emails later and counting I tried to speak to a live voice. This person was very helpful and realized someone had made a mistake and second unit wasnt sent. So I await the second replacement unit still. The Heatoors work well, when they work. The email support team was the worst experience I have ever had. If it wasn't for the guy on the phone I would still be dealing with issue and I thank him for that. Now I await to see if it actually shows??? No idea why they would send a survey to me on an issue that is yet to be resolved, but this is my experience to date. I would run from this company if they didn't already have my money and are reluctant to refund.
04/02/26-in response to Heatoor my order number was A9F1D17596.
Since my review I was sitting in my living room with heatoor running and smelled something burning. I went to unplug unit from wall, and electrical cord to unit was burning hot to touch. I was able to unplug with a rag and my electrical wall plug was melted. I'm positive if I had not noticed the smell, or had not been in room at the time that a fire would have resulted. These units are cheap junk IMO. P.S. still awaiting second replacement unit

Great product and support, but....

Great product and support. But I accidentally ordered twice and I was unable to cancel the order, even though I called immediately (with in 5 minutes) after ordering and was told it was too late to cancel. The order was already prepared. Really? So I had to absorb the charge, wait for delivery and then send it back. Pretty inconvenient for me.

I like the heat out put from this…

I like the heat out put from this little unit .It heats very fast . I found the heater very lightly built and wonder about the durability . The heater was not suitable for my application as there is no thermostat to shut off the heater when the set temperature is reached .
