help alpha is life changing
hello alpha has been life changing for me. it is so convenient to complete your visit online rather then scheduling appointments and having to leave work early to accommodate the office hours. It is a bit pricey per month but totally worth it for me.

10 out of 10 experience always with Hello Alpha. They are an excellent and legitimate telehealth provider. I have been using them for quite a while now and I find them to be highly responsive and extremely convenient. They are very easy to communicate with also. And I always get a domestic provider. Highly recommend.

They don't accept Medicare or Medicaid and found them as very condescending just looking to get paid. The website is outdated and also when you sign up for SMS and email notifications they never come. You have to log in to see whats going on.

Would not renew my prescription unless…
Would not renew my prescription unless I recieved pelvic scan.
I explained I was only renewing my script for estradiol but they refused.
They also refused a refund for my subscription, and requested I cancel my dispute with my cc. Which of course I did not.

A consistently positive experience
A consistently positive experience with their providers across a variety of needs. I have recommended their services to friends that are also pleased with their experiences.
The only less than positive interaction I've had was attempting to reach out to them to ask a general question not related to a current "visit" - it is extremely difficult to get in touch with them outside of a specific service being provided, and I did not receive a response to the e-mail I sent through their system - the only way I found to attempt contact.

Helpful service but pricey
The practitioners have been super responsive. They get a five-star! However, I joined about 2 years ago as one of the first batch of customers. I believe the cost was $35 a month. That has almost tripled in the last year. Additionally, it would be really helpful if we could get receipts when you charge our card. I have had to go to your customer service to get those and some of us are going to turn them into FSA.

I had such a great experience with this telehealth provider! The process was simple from start to finish —
I was able to connect with a professional without having to wait weeks like I would at a traditional office. The provider I had was kind, attentive, and really took the time to address my concerns. I felt heard, understood, and supported throughout the visit.
What I appreciated most was the convenience. Being able to access quality care from the comfort of my home saved me so much time and stress. The platform was easy to use, and the follow-up instructions were clear.

You get to know your Nurse practitioner. Healthcare should be personal and some online services can feel one sided. Alpha was brought to my attention by Amazon and this is a real service that I can trust. By staying with one practitioner I can upload my current xray and labs and vital signs . Many of these labs , vital signs and even xray I can have locally unconnected to a clinic at affordable rate..so ALPHA uses team work .this Alpha is perfect for many who have no outside insurance on fixed income.
