Great service everytime
I have always had a great experience with Hello Alpha. Questions are always answered quickly. When I have needed refills, the doctor always responds within a few hours even on the weekend. I am very appreciated for this service.

Complete lack of transparency in billing and services provided. They not only charged me for a service I NEVER used because they could not help me, but they would not refund my money. I would NOT recommend giving any money to this company.

With or without insurance this is one of the best services. It’s quick and easy. I have used it to get migraine medication which is life. Hanging since they are debilitating. I have also used it to get valtrex for cold sores and anyone who takes it knows the quicker you start the better off it is. I do it all via messaging. I cannot recommend this high enough. One of the very best medical interactions there is. Saves a whole lot of money.

I appreciate access to my medication, but the cost goes up every year. And I understand why, but I literally JUST need my meds refilled every 3 months or so. I wish there was an option that took this into consideration.

I have lost over100lbs thanks to…
I have lost over100lbs thanks to helloalpha. My only one complaint is sometimes the doctor isn’t the same for each visit. Some of the doctors aren’t as nice as others but other than that my experience has been great. Coming from someone who has major white coat syndrome this has been a life saver.
