Amazing product, amazing customer service

Clear health has been nothing but amazing. From the beginning they have been supportive and helpful, answering any questions i may have. The lady over the phone Brianna is very sweet and extremely patient when it comes to explaining certain steps in the process to me. I also love how quick i get a response from their customer service team just the other day i sent an email and within a few minutes Taylor had responded back answering all my questions. Overall the product is amazing and has done wonders for my skin and the customer service matches. Thank you all again for making this process so easy to navigate.

I have had a great experience so far…

I have had a great experience so far with Clear Health! Telehealth can feel a bit impersonal at times, but they really do their best to make you feel cared for throughout the entire process. Whenever I have questions, I reach out to support and they alway help address my concerns or resolve any issues. Taylor (the support manager) has even reached out to me via phone to follow up and ensure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate Clear Health, they have helped me clear up my stubborn acne!

My review really is mainly about Taylor…

My review really is mainly about Taylor from clear health. I’ve had a pretty good experience thus far all around, but any concerns, questions or worries always seem to be resolved with the support managers help, Taylor. She is on top of it and is always quick to reply and answer any questions or concerns! I do have a hard time getting in touch with my doctor though, I would not blame the company for that, or really even the doctor as I am sure she has other telehealth jobs and or clients.

They do not care

I had a lot of issues with this company especially customer service. It’s ridiculous the way they pass you around. Besides that your doctor literally couldn’t give less of a crap about you!! I have been struggling with terrible side effects post accutane treatment and asked my derm about getting bloodwork done to test for anemia and she told me to go to a pcp. Hello? I just spent the last half of this year being treated by you and being prescribed this medication by you but when I express concerns about side effects a month after the treatment they essentially told me to kick rocks. Awesome! Super caring :) The entirety of my experience my dermatologist was short and uncaring. Customer service was just messy and I was always being tossed around. It would be better if you could actually call and have a real conversation with someone who listens. As someone who has been failed by healthcare over and over again, it never gets less disappointing. It seems routine for most people to get bloodwork done after accutane to make sure everything still looks normal. Why not with this company? What’s the point of even doing the baseline tests? I don’t currently have a pcp and by the time I can get in with one I’ll have spent even more months being miserable and sick from a drug carelessly prescribed.

Throughout your treatment and after its completion, bloodwork forms are always available for download in your account. Each month, after approval, we send a recommendation for monthly testing. While it’s not always required at certain times, we provide this guidance to help make the process easier for you. In the 'My Labs' section of your patient portal, you can download your signed bloodwork requisition form, both during and after treatment.

Our contact number (833.685.4529, opt. 1) is available on our website and in the patient portal's Support section, where you can reach us by call or text. This number is also included in our support emails because we understand that some patients prefer to speak with us directly. During monthly evaluations, we offer the option of a phone call with the dermatologist, which can be scheduled either before or after your prescription approval. We strive to put you in control of your care to ensure your satisfaction.

Additionally, our nurse triage team is available 24/7 to assist with any concerns, especially side effects. You can reach them at 833.685.4529, opt. 3.

I’m very very happy !!!! 😊

Let me start off by saying that this company has saved my life,
Accutane has been working wonders for me , the 40mg the doctor prescribed was just what I needed,
Medication works like magic, I’m finally able to say that my acne is going away!!!!!! 🤗

I’m very happy with results I’m hoping for the best, just the first dose that I took cleared my face I can’t wait to see the final result,

This company clearly knows what they’re doing , they answer all and every one of my inquiries,
They make sure to explain everything with detail instructions.
I’m very happy I found this company, very happy with my medications and the prompt quick response from the company team,

Do not use this company!!!!!!

Do not use! Most frustrating and misleading company. I signed up for the microdose Accutane protocol because their website states that they start low, like 10mg, as an example for a monthly rate. This is exactly why I signed up and hoped I’d be a candidate. I was approved and did the Ipledge. However, the derm put me on 40mg to start. No! That’s not what I wanted so I let them know that I would not like to continue if this were the case. I then get a response to check my email. I get an email from Taylor stating their pharmacy doesn’t have 10mg for the micro dose protocol but that I can switch to their regular Accutane protocol for a monthly fee but that I would have to get the rx from my pharmacy. I immediately agreed to this and provided my pharmacy info to get the ball rolling. Mind you, they do not have a number to call. All this is via email or messaging in their system, which takes 24+ hrs for response. I never heard back but then get a message the following day from the same doctor stating she put me on the 40mg. They’re charging for something I never agreed upon. Instead of the doctor trying to explain anything, she just prescribed the dose followed with a generic warning text on the dangers of Isotretinoin. Wow. There is nothing personal about this. Please refund my money.

Hands down the best way to get Accutane

My oldest daughter did a course of Accutane the traditional way via the dermatologist office. My youngest daughter is doing her course via Clear Health. Comparing the two experiences we have had, Clear Health is hands down the better experience and I highly recommend it!! We do everything online and via chat and video with no need to pull my 13 year out of classes to miss valuable learning time for Dr visits and pregnancy tests, not to mention how quick and efficient they are. Moreover, we have excellent Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance yet Clear Health is still less expensive for the monthly visit versus the in office copay at our dermatologist. Five stars from this family to Clear Health for everything!!

Amazing, Hassle-free way of clearing your skin for good

I’ve been using Clear Health since February for the treatment of my mild but extremely persistent inflammatory acne and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! This wonderful company makes the entire process of obtaining accutane extremely hassle-free and efficient. I signed up for an initial evaluation by a board certified dermatologist and within a day or so my prescription was already being sent to the pharmacy of my choice. Although I haven’t had to contact the customer service all that much when I did they were extremely responsive and helpful! I have nothing but good things to say about my overall experience with this company… this is my second time on accutane and I can tell you from experience that the monthly online dermatology visits are much more convenient then the in person ones. I also wanted to mention that the website is extremely intuitive and easy to use (I went to school for computer science and was extremely impressed). Anyways, that’s all for now… thank you Clear Health!

They make it very easy to get Accutane

I've always had moderate persistent acne that wouldn't respond to normal treatments

I asked my normal dermatologist for accutane, but she said no because she thought my acne wasn't severe enough

So, I made an account for HelloClearHealth, and they made it VERY EASY to get Accutane

Because of this, my skin looks absolutely AMAZING, and my confidence is very high

If you want to get Accutane very easily, then definitely made an account with them

Ok platform, doctors hit or miss

During the course you’re shuffled between several derms. By month 4/5, I expressed to a derm that I wasn’t seeing significant improvement—my skin was still worse than before treatment. He assured me that we’d get to the point of seeing improvement.

I then get switched to Dr. Demidova. This is when everything went downhill. She ended my course saying that I’d been on accutane for too long and said we can restart in a couple months if acne persists. I know for a fact people have been on ClearHealth accutane for nearly a year with no issues. I even sent literature explaining that ending treatment with active lesions is not clinically recommended. Dr. Demidova stopped replying until I bothered support for 2 weeks (not to mention that her constant typos were unusual for a doctor). Still she withheld treatment.

This month, I asked in how many months I can restart since my acne is not improving. All she said was to “see a dermatologist in office.” How incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. Such a shame because I had a decent experience prior to Dr. Demidova. I asked Dr. Demidova why she said we can continue in “a couple months” when she clearly intended not to. She claims she never said that when I have proof in our digital chat. So incredibly frustrating that, even after requesting support to switch derms, I’ve been stuck with her despite all the issues.

UPDATE
Created a second account and restarting my second course after a 2 month break (the general recommended time before restarting). Hopefully won’t run into the same issues but not sure what will happen if I get Dr. Demidova again. Will update my review as this course progresses.

My dermatologist seemed very lazy and…

My dermatologist seemed very lazy and uncaring. I told him I had concerns about taking Accutane with some of my conditions and I was told that was my only option. I asked if there was anything else he could help recommend and in his words exactly “unfortunately no”. then my account was immediately deactivated. I spent all this money for absolutely zero care or effort. I recommend going to see a real in person dermatologist

Been using ClearHealth for 5 months now…

Been using ClearHealth for 5 months now and love it. It's great if you are looking for a cheap, reliable, & consistent option for getting skin health treatment. My insurance won't cover Dermatologist visits and this is BY FAR the cheapest option. The customer support responds fairly quickly and within 24 hours, you reliably get your meds before your previous months expire, and just overall smooth experience! Would def recommend!

Choose Clear Health you won't regret it!

Clear Health is definitely the way to go! I feel like they care about my skin issues and they are so much more affordable than the dermatologist I was going to. The process is simple once you are started. I can't wait to see what accutane does for my skin, but either way I would recommend Clear Health! They are efficient, responsive, and the process is straight forward. Choose Clear Health and you won't regret it!

My experience has been great so far

My experience has been great so far! Easy to message my doctor with any questions and I was able to get on Accutane so much faster than if I’d made an in-person appointment. Their pharmacy also offers great pricing that ended being the cheaper option vs my insurance. I highly recommend clear health.

Easy

In my experience, much easier than a doctor’s office. My favorite part is how they email you to remind you of what tasks need to be done. The med prices are more expensive than what you could get at a pharmacy with GoodRx but it is much more convenient to have them mailed to you.

Amazing and revolutionary acne treatment

Its a great and cheap way to get one of the most expensive treatments for acne out there.
The support is amazing, they really go out of their way to answer any questions you may have or address any concerns. The doctor too is readily available.
I very highly recommend clear Health.
Trust me. It changed my life.

Everything has been a smooth and easy…

Everything has been a smooth and easy experience from the consultation to the follow up visits. The customer support is phenomenal! I had questions and reached out to my dermatologist and got clear and quick responses. They also gave me a lot of information in regards to my treatment plan. Another great thing is the delivery of the medication directly to my door!
