My husband and myself have been getting a box for two, five days a week for the last 2/3 years, we were easy converts.... Since our children have left the whole hassle of trying to decide what to cook or planning meals has been removed, we definitely have less waste, and our fridge it less full of half eaten food. We can actually add our daughter when she is around by adding to some of the ingredients. There has been a slight change recently for a special offer for the first time in two years i was missing an ingredient,... and loose items were within the box ... in the menu choices items that were previously included are now shown as additional choices making it more complicated when ordering. We like the vegan options and they are more frequent for the better value boxes, however we are saving big time on the cost , there is no way we could manage five meals for the same amount and since we dont go to the supermarket we dont pick up the additional items. i find the hardest thing to remember is to change the order for the following week. I am still delighted to follow the recipes and still heartily recommend it to friends, particularly for a couple.

Missing ingredients and gone off food
While the recipes are tasty, we had several issues with Hello Fresh and will not be ordering again. We were missing ingredients from 3/4 of our meals, and they were key ingredients like the beef, the pasta, etc. This is meant to be convenient but it's not convenient when you have to go to the shop every night to grab something. On our turkey mince, the best by date had been removed. It was paper on the packaging and the part the showed the actual date was gone. We trusted the company and ate it 2 days after we received it, and my husband and I both got sick after that meal. Not worth it at all, you can get the recipes online.

I’ve used Hello fresh a lot. I have the meals twice a week for two people. It’s so handy. Everything you need is in a bag freshly packed ready to use. Just follow the recipes, very easy to follow.

I cancelled my subscription and in 3 days hellofresh have tried to take out payment 83 times from my revolut account. Luckily I have blocked payments after food did not arrive fresh in my first ever order. The broccoli was well past use by date. Won't be trying again unfortunately

Best service
I am now a long-term customer of HelloFresh. I have used a lot of pre-prepared delivery services in the past, but none have come close to Hellofresh.
I purchase my meals and make my meals every day, very satisfying.
You end up saving a lot of money not purchasing unnecessary food and everything is fresh (not processed).
Delighted to still be a customer and enjoying amazing meals. Only suggestion would be to reward long-term customers maybe.

Not loving it at the minute was cheated…
Not loving it at the minute was cheated out of my welcome gift and my pricing is all over the place at the minute was supposed to be half price boxes and I’m paying upwards of €34 for two meal and supposed to be free treats …. I’m going to do two more week give it the benefit of the doubt no one to help and when Patrick did come through on the chat bot he was less than helpful need to do better menu is good and Ingredients are good too, customer service is shocking !

Great for cutting down on the 'What's…
Great for cutting down on the 'What's for dinner?!' conversation!! Easy to follow recipes. Good choice of calorie controlled meals with all macros in app so handy for healthy meals. Only downside is the veg portion can be lacking for my tastes and quality can be poor sometimes. Good customer service with giving refunds for gone off products. Deliveries usually use DPD so reliable.

Easy, Convenient, Delicious 😋
HelloFresh changed my cooking experience. I am now actually excited to get home after work and cook!
It do not need to worry and plan dinner for the evening, or go to shop for ingredients. It makes like so much easier.
On top of it all, we are a family of 4, and we get 4 meals a week and it works so well, and also very cost effective!!
Best yet, I do not have a fridge full of left over which gets wasted!!
I wish I started this sooner!! Highly recommend!!
Did I also mention the meals are delicious?? And did I say anything about the huge variety of recipes to choose from??
Just amazing in all aspects!! 10 out of 10!!

I love how easy it is to just get home
I love how easy it is to just get home, take my ingredients out and cook a nice meal! I usually don’t cook because I have no time and trying to figure out what I want to eat and then buy all ingredients can be taxing. I’ve only done HelloFresh for a week and I’m waiting for this week’s box but I enjoyed making my own meals and they were delicious

Cooked exactly according to instructions. Chicken was unbelievably tough ( Almost impossible for chicken breast). Broccoli needed much more cooking. Not enough sauce.

Lovely meal, lack of inclusivity for single folk
So far I’ve been loving my hello fresh orders. My only criticisms are 1) you don’t cater to a single person household which is a pain because every recipe is for two people and it’s more expensive which means I can’t get four meals in a week, I can only get 3 to keep it at a reasonable price. 2) on that same note if you want steak or sometimes other meats with additional costs, you have to get two instead of having the option for 1 portion. So I’m restricted from nice recipes because I have no need for two steaks or two premium pieces of fish or whatever it may be. It’s a real flaw and not very inclusive of people’s real life scenarios. €8-10 additional for two pieces of meat when realistically I only need one is annoying! The meals themselves I cannot fault, delivery is great, everything is well packed, the food is delicious but I probably won’t continue the subscription past the 4 week mark because it’s not sustainable and it’s causing food waste because I am one person who has to get meals for two people because there is no option for singular meals. God forbid you should be without a partner in today’s day and age.
