HeptaPay is an Online Agent for Mobile Money in East Africa. We allow customers to transfer money from their debit or credit cards into MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and M-PESA in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). We also allow customers to pay businesses directly to their Safaricom M-PESA Buy Goods Till Numbers in Kenya, or MTN MoMo Pay Codes in Rwanda. A customer is not required to sign up with HeptaPay in order to transact. HeptaPay accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express debit cards from anywhere in the world.

Shocking service

Shocking service, no email response, and no ohine number, have kept our money needed for medication. A second transaction was then done, using my wifes details and the money also didnt show in the airtel account. This time the excuse was we dont know the email address, however this is not true, we have even provided the transaction report from our bank.. They are doing their best to keep peoples money. You have transacted with us over a dozen times in the last one week. With each transaction, our service has been shockingly good to you!

In your latest transaction, by your own admission, you entered the wrong phone number. This is despite us adding your phone number to our whitelist to allow you to verify details before proceeding.

As such, as we explained to you on email barely moments after your transaction was completed, we do not have your money. Your funds were sent to the phone number you entered while transacting, and, regrettably, the funds were already consumed by the time of your report.

It so sad 😭😭 that one can withdraw the amount on the card and you end up not crediting it on my M-Pesa this is pure conmanship and scam.You paid for one but the next transaction you didn't pay.please Do the reversal or pay me .

Just don’t use this service

It’s been hours since I transacted. Nothing yet. WhatsApp messages not answered, phone calls not picked. Beginning to think this is just a scam.

responsive customer service

First time transactions can take a minute but after that it’s instant and quick. customer service team very responsive. maybe rates can be a little better but overall great service i will be using again and again.

Great first experience
