I need the return address for products I have purchased I have emailed Hibobi/called the call centre and contacted on What’s App however received no reply I have been waiting more then 3 weeks - very poor customer service, my problem has still not been solved hence writing this review

La qualité et le designs sont vraiment super mais ce que j'ai pas aimé c'est l'impossibilité de retourner un produit depuis la France. Ma femme s'est trompée sur la taille des chaussures pour ma fille et on a demandé de retourner les produits pour changer de taille alors on nous a communiqué une adresse au Chine ce qui coûte super chère depuis la France. Ça coûte même plus que le prix des chaussures !
Ça peut arriver qu'on se trompe sur une taille ou sur un produit ou que le produit ne répond pas aux attentes... Pouvoir retourner c'est super important pour attirer plus de clients.

Scammers , i bought size 31 they shipped 30 and they dont want to give a Refund , dont buy from them.
Ils sont des arnaqueurs , commande non conforme ils veulent pas rembourser.

Bonjour, alors mon soucis c'est que j'ai fais ma commande le 12/05/2022, et ma commande n'a pas bougé soir disant elle est encore en cours de préparation quoi!
8 jours de préparation !!! Sans oublier que leur délais de livraison est le minimum 20 jours en France :(
Je suis une cliente et j'ai fais pas mal de commande de chez hibobi mais là :( j'ai vraiment besoin que la commande arrivera le plus tôt possible parce que les articles ne sont pas tous les miens, je les ai contacté pas mal de fois par leur service client application mais rien de réponse

Oulala site frauduleux vos commandes sont pris en compte 1 fois sur 10. Mais le prélèvement bancaire ce fait rapidement.... Toujours pas de colis à l'horizon depuis 1 mois edmi....

Quasi un mese ormai dal giorno di acquisto, i soldi se li sono persi ma il pacco non si è ancora visto! Qualcuno può aiutarmi? Il tracciamento di poste Italiane non è attendibile! Spero di riuscire a riavere risarcimento di dutto nel caso non dovesse proprio arrivate...

I placed the order and paid it through my credit card, later on i msg and ask to change mine one item but customer agent told he can only cancel and refund the item amount back to my card but i got later another msg again thy deduct 28.68 from my card.

Now i m asking contact no or how to call or resolve this and when i will get the shipment but not getting any response.
I m travelling on 12th april and want this items to be delivered other wise i will not be available in UAE.

Kindly check and do the needful as i trusted the Hebobi and hope my money will not be wasted.need the call back or solution of mine double deducted money and fast delivery.

La verdad que la tienda ha sido excelente en todo, menos en el soporte por eso mi puntuación de 9 y no 10. Cuando tienes alguna duda, contesta una máquina que tiene menos vocabulario que una máquina de tabaco🙄.
En cuanto al pedido tardo 14 días en llegar a Madrid, la ropa tal y como las ves en las fotos, la calidad muy buena que ya quisieran muchas tiendas, eso sí, ojo 👀👀 con las tallas, vienen grandes, tengo un bebé de dos meses y pesa 6kg, es decir no es pequeño, pues compre la. Mayoría tallas de 3 a 6 meses, mmmmeeeeg error, no se lo podré poner hasta verano mínimo y estamos en enero, la talla de 0 a 3 meses, que la compre con la esperanza de poder serlo poner al menos un mes ( como vi que eran abiertos abajo, de los 15 artículos que pedí, 4 eran de 0 a 3 meses), pues esos creo que hasta dentro de un mes o dos no podré ponérselo 😅 para que tengan en cuenta sobretodo las estaciones del año.
Relación calidad precio inmejorable, compre 3 pedidos en total con un total de 14 artículos, por 70€. Esta tienda online es un acierto seguro, la recomiendo totalmente.
