Great customer service
The communication I've had with Hike Adventure has been excellent. They kept me updated with my initial order and have been a huge help when I needed to change the size of my order which was a gift for my husband. The clothing is good value and I rate their customer service very highly.

Steer Clear of Hike Adventure
I ordered aThermo Pro heating Shoulder & neck pad from Hike Adventure.It arrived in a zip lok bag with no packaging, product information, instructions or electrical safety information. I tried to call Hike Adventure using the number on their website, the number was not recognised. I emailed them explaining the above and that by law all electrical items including those that use USB should come with safety instructions. they replied offering me a 50% discount to keep it and saying alternatvely they could assist with a return and refund. I have emailed them several times now to say i would like to return it and be refunded. They have not responded. I would advise anyone to avoid this company and i will be contacting trading standards as they are selling potentially unsafe goods. Steer clear of Hike Adventure,

Delivered in great time. When tried on the size was a little small and customer service replied to me on Christmas Eve to begin resolving it and sending a new size.
Although too small, the heated hoodie purchased is fab quality and heats up fast. Overall, very happy!

I recently bought a heated gilet for my husband but needed a larger size for him. I emailed to explain and my message was answered really quickly and an exchange arranged.
You do need an external power pack which I had missed when I ordered it. This was explained. Great service and the gilet looks cosy.

This is notbin Netherlands but China so beware of expensive returs!
Ordered a gilet customer service appalling kept stalling even thought item too small snd says on website you dont need to g8ve a reason for returning..
They will at all costs try to avoid a refund. Cuttently going through trading standards and consumer rights.
Keep away from this company, sizing extremely small, poor quality for price and unhelpful when an issue...
In reply to their response wanted continous photos of problem and measurements and then took 2 weeks to obtain a returns address which
I would need to pay for and to CHINA!!! So the returns policy of 30 day no reason to supply a reason for returning is a complete lie.... so yes ive already emailed you at address you just stated about 9 times since 2nd December..

After ordering a a gift of trousers for my friend the item arrived but unfortunately was too small... I received a prompt and positive response from Jarlien from customer services who are now going to proceed with a replacement item even though the 30 days is up.

Ordered some walking pants and jacket…

I ordered some walking pants and jacket for a Christmas present but unfortunately they were too small (which is always a risk when ordering online). The customer service team were fantastic when I attempted to arrange a return and responded to me within 1 day with a detailed email of how to arrange a response which included writing a positive review on trust pilot. Unfortunately when trying to obtain details from the company in order to arrange the return they have ignored several emails. It is very clear that they waited to get a kind review from me and once they had this, stopped all communication. If you are wanting to return something to them, don’t fall for the manipulation of giving them a nice review in order to get this sorted as you will be ignored once you have done it. Very disappointed.

I ordered a heated top for my wife, unfortunately, it was too small, having emailed Jarlien at Hike, on Xmas day morning, received reply, almost straight away, same day. Not only offering to replace my order with a larger size, but also, giving this replacement free.
