My experience so far
I placed an order on 08.12.25 which was a gift for my youngest. I waited in anticipation for it to arrive before Christmas. It arrived after. The size was too small as well, which was my mistake though. Emails are usually answered within a reasonable time and very friendly indeed. I was offered a replacement size and that I can keep the smaller size which I think is a lovely offer, given the huge disappointment. So, I shall proceed with the replacement, hoping all goes smooth this time. Good company and super-friendly staff. Thank you.

Scamming Company
My item was showing as being ‘in transit’. When after over a week, I queried this, I was told they had run out of the item and would resend it, which is untrue as tracking said the original order was on its way. I told them to cancel the order as it wouldn’t arrive before Christmas but they ignored this request and sent it out anyway. It arrived on 28th December in a ziplock bag with no label, no instructions, no safety data and very poor quality. Customer service won’t respond to my emails requesting a returns label and refund.
Do not use this company!!

heated jacket for a Xmas
I bought a heated jacket for a Xmas present. I ordered a men’s M expecting it to be more then big enough for my 14 year old son. When finally arrived it was too small. I have contacted them regarding a size swap and have received a fast response. Hopefully the new size will be plenty big enough.

Great customer service
The heated vest we purchased was great. We had problems with getting the socks to work but Hike Adventure were great at helping us sort the problem.

I ordered a gillet for my wife for Christmas. But I got the sizing completely wrong, but the item was exactly as described. Emailed them on boxing day and had a reply the same day! They have arranged to exchange the item, and the customer service has been brilliant!

Great quality goods excellent customer service support. I found that the jacket I had purchased did not fit and after emailing customer services I received a very quick reply and choice of solutions. I decided to receive an exchange garment as the quality was really good and exactly what I needed.

Great service from Hike adventure
I ordered a waterproof jacket and trousers for my partner. I was kept informed of dispatch and delivery and they arrived safely. The outfit is great quality and my partner was very pleased. But unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. No problem they are going to exchange for the larger size

Heated Vest
I ordered a heated vest as a present for Christmas, the vest arrived on time, was good quality, and worked well but unfortunately the size was a bit too small. The customer service team were very helpful in organising a replacement. Looking forward to the new size arriving as it is a good product.

The wrong products were sent as Christmas gifts with size issues. After an email customer services came immediately back to me to send out the correct items. Very pleased with there efficiency in such a busy period. Will definitely recommend and shop with them in the future.
Ok, so I have still not received any further communication or the correct items, very disappointing after I left a review!

Ordered a heated jacket for my brother. As others have commented sizing is small so you need to go much larger but excellent product and great customer service.

Great customer service
Bought my husband a heated gilet for the winter months on the golf course however sizing is pretty small (he'd usually be a large however I ordered an XL just to be on the safe side but it didn't even meet at the front let alone zip up) so I emailed & customer Services got back to me immediately.
