It is difficult to rate once I didn’t receive my buying yet

The art was exactly what we wanted. It came without the frame which wasn’t very clear when bought, especially because it wasn’t a product easy to find in their website. Nevertheless, shared the feedback with them and they sent me the frame as complimentary. Thanks.

We loved the painting. Pleasantly surprised that there was some texture to it. Also surprised there was a foreign exchange fee and also a fee from UPS.

This is ridiculous! Received a “painting” 5 weeks after ordering without any notification. The “painting” was dirty, full of stains and absolutely now what we ordered. I threw it in the garbage as sending it back to China (!!!!) would only cost more energy.

The product arrived as an unstretched canvas, although it was shown framed in the photos which was deceiving. It does not look much like what was portrayed online, very amateur. I doubt I will pay the expense of framing for this pic that I probably could have painted myself and it would look just as good. For the price, I would have expected it to at least be stretched. Peer companies offer framing and free shipping for a similar price, so over priced in my opinion. Also, I had to pay an extra $25 on arrival as not all shipping fees were covered. I would not buy from them again. I’m much happier with another similar type company.

I cannot express enough how elated I am. It was worth the wait. Very satisfied with my investment. The artists truly did an astounding job!!! Bravo!!🤩

The art itself is beautiful. But Hila not only doesn't frame it, the piece they sent us does not have enough canvas around the edges to stretch it onto a frame. We ended up having to have a framer do it and had to put another frame around to cover the staples. This was as expensive as the art itself. Very poor communication on having to frame this ourselves.

I have no complain, the customer service team & artist has been worked with me and my wife for almost a month for the art. Thanks for the patience with us and we love the final version of the art, fantastic!
