I wasn't going to put a frame around it, just wanted to hang the canvas piece but the piece wasn't gallery wrapped and it doesn't fit on the wooden frame I purchased from you. It's ending up costing way too much.

I was impressed with the frame I ordered to mount the picture, as it contained everything needed to put it together, including a stretcher for the painting, a staple gun, and other items. Didn't have to go to the hardware store to put it together. The painting, although not exactly like the photo on their web site, was enjoyable. As long as you realize you are ordering a "contemporary" style of painting, you should be pleased.

I received the painting roughly after a month and half later...and it did not come from Germany. I was supposed to get a tracking number but once I received It actually came from China. So that makes you suspicious about the company and the risk is on you.

Art pieces are re-created by hand, once ordered. Seem to come out slightly or significantly different, but they send you pictures and will modify if you want until you’re satisfied. Mine came out very nice but not exactly like the one on the website. Also looks different in person when I got it compared to the pics they sent me - actually is more colorful
and vibrant. So it worked out well for me, but I didnt expect yo have to go through this process and not get exactly what I thought. Its a bit unnerving. But again, mine cane out great and I’m happy. And they offer to return if you are not satisfied.

Good If you don’t mind paying an additional €200 on the websites price in customs and import tax…

For a company based in Germany it surprised me that that I needed to pay additional import tax. However, the painting was produced in China…

More clear pricing and expected amounts of tax should be stated on the website prior to purchase.

The final painting itself is very good. Several edits were required as the first attempt was not the same as requested.

I love our art piece. It is exactly what we were looking for. The quality is amazing.

Communication about painting and actual painting/ shipping was fine. However, what they don’t tell you and don’t mention even when you are purchasing your item is that you need to also purchase the DIY framing kit unless you plan on taking it someplace to get professionally framed. This was an unexpected cost, considering we were spending over $600 on actual painting, one would assume that the DIY framing kit would be included. Customer service was quick to get back to us but it does not negate the fact that we have to spend an additional $200 on the kit.

My Hila painting is absolutely beautiful!! I am proud to hang it in my living room and it is a focal point of the room. Thank you for your prompt email responses to my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the final product!!

Beautiful work. Responsive customer service. Website was a bit misleading regarding the frame. The frame is not included so you have to factor that into the investment.
