From start to finish the process of making a claim on the policy was 5*. I was dealt with in a professional manner, you were easy to get in touch with and did everything you said you would to support me whilst I was off work. Thank you Rebecca.

The income protection plan stated.. retirement and then the number 65.. half way through the plan the retirement age went up to 66.. Holloway do not recognise this and say it was not there responsibility to engage.. having taken legal advice on this matter I beg to differ although this is ongoing!

Fast feedback and information laid out in layman's terms, great company who have help me out in the past when suffering from a serious illness

A lot of companies will ask you for review immediately after purchasing they product, however Holloway Friendly ask for review after dealt with customer service and respect that.
Before purchasing the income protection i questioned myself do i really need it, never been off sick i my life for longer than 2 weeks, but you never know... Had a traffic accident, couldn't work for 4 months, Holloway Friendly provided great support, apritiate that. Thank you.
